If that’s the way you want to go Cass by all means go that way, nothing wrong with that group one of them is a friend of mine , but it was set up by the club,a club i don’t trust.

The trust had no part in the ticket allocation, what the trust could do is to try and make sure it doesn’t happen again it’s 3 times now Deerey in a year that’s what the trust could do differently, are you happy with the inaction from them, do you not think it’s not a matter for them.

Liverpool trust and fan groups “Not a penny in the ground” worked and changed Liverpool’s stance on increasing their season tickets by 5% yes a massive 5% not 17% like ours, down to RPI 3% this season and no increase next season.

From what I can remember fans have paid to be a member of the trust to represent them with over 2000 fans behind them.
Vof is a club initiative and just a sounding box from fans if they want an initiative bringing up they don’t represent a group in the same sense.
Totally 2 different entities.

Maybe time for the trust to step up then and make the club deal with the trust,if the club fail to engage publish and say the club won’t engage. Then take it from there. Protests!
The lack of anything from the trust of late, where’s the condemnation of the small 17% minimum season cricket price increase or the ticketing fiasco at Rochdale, like I said on another thread the cod trust are challenging future ticket allocations on behalf of fans. And from ours nothing.
Time again for the trust to pull it’s finger out and represent all fans members of not and start challenging the club.

Nice to see Grimsby trust approaching their club over the ticketing for their playoff away game to Salford so they can get things right in the future, why haven’t our trust done the same?

Only 4 of them players though Cass, the only contracts that have been signed here are from the 3 wise monkeys, and they signed on the 5th of March, a month and a half of inaction since.

The only volunteers a professional club should be asking for is, in the old days to remove snow from the pitch and in today’s world remove the covers and even then clubs normally give free admission to those who helped.

And our club flog virtual pitch patches at top dollar more than most other clubs, that’s not like scunny is it lol, and you only get a digital certificate and very little else plus it’s only for one year.

I believe someone said it was announced at the AGM. Would still mean the club would need to fund another £250,000 though.
At that kind of money surely an hybrid pitch like Rochdale would be the better option.

Butler tried proving fans wrong last year with him but failed, after 5 league games he conveniently got injured and was never seen again.
Wasn’t even recalled to play in Butler’s 75% effort teams to see if he’d progressed.
Now he didn’t need to offer him a renewed contract, can anyone understand why he did. I just don’t get it myself.

It was 2 JLC teams playing, looks like a pay back for them letting us use their 3G pitch for training.
I’ll scratch your back you scratch mine working at its best for both parties especially the young lads for the experience, it’s things like that that go along way.
Still think they’re games till the end of the week to play before pitch renovation.
Still nearly 3 weeks earlier start than last year.
No fest this year, bummer.

As do fans Ironawe on the yardsticks, ours counts for f all though,
Mine was for us not to be in a relegation fight after ten games, Butler easily surpassed that.
While really expecting a playoff place based solely on our existing team and the revenue from attendances, still means f all but it does help.
Next season all being equal we’ll move up to be the 3rd highest attendances, again nothing less than the playoffs will do, no more he’s only a young manager learning he’s had 120+ league games now, no more I’d snap your hand off for being there.
Just a yardstick that the club and manager should expect.
A club that sacked 2 managers for attaining the minimum that was expected, don’t think any club owner can demand automatic promotion but maybe we’re different. As the sackings suggest.

Wishes about the same as when we wanted Jimmy gone, he only left because of a penalty miss, popular opinion would suggest the penalty scored at Marine kept the incumbent in his job. So one could suggest Jimmy could have done a good a job as Butler, and has won more promotions than anyone else in non league.
I think we’re all real enough to know he’s going nowhere, or the owners for that matter. But I’m not blind enough to put them upon that high pedestal as others might.
Just all down to different opinions.
