I remeber a kid (Italian I think) from Cardiff who looked like he’d never played football before.
Also Richard Hodgson (IIRC) signed by Brian Laws, subbed at HT and never seen again.this grinding out results and playing badly and winning warbling is getting a bit tiresome .. reality is we are not playing as well as we were earlier, the football is less fluid and been lucky to sneak a win ALA Aldershot and more.
Do you remember last season when we had a ‘blip’ and went 8 or so games without a win? (Aged memory, might not be quite accurate) Maybe this is this seasons ‘blip’, only this time we’re managing to win a few.
However it’s fair to say, I think, that we should be hitting the target much more often than we are recently.Still rate him. (More than Butler obviously, shame he’s not had more opportunities)

Not bright enough to realise that recalling him immediately before an FA Cup game wouldn’t help his teams league position. What a k**b!!

Failed to spot the potential issue, sorry.
Yes, the weather should be better then!

Nickname “Golly” then?
Not when we have Howe & TSF (and possibly Eze) for his position.
Agree Chadwick is surplus to requirements.Or another possible dirty trick by York City?
I’ll stick by my words only Campbell on the books mid preseason and still the only one of today.
So let me get this clear, the two keepers who played in our last 2 games don’t exist in your world?
Piss poor budgeting, I’m sure you’ll agree that you’ve not left enough in the kitty to have a second goalie on the books halfway through preseason, and to still not have a one more than a third of the way through the season is not good. In most fans eyes the most important position on the field, a stand alone position.
Unless my maths is terrible Campbell, Johnson & Mahady adds up to 3.
Apparently we moan more per fan than any other club. Is that the same thing?
But are you buying it????
They sit 2nd bottom of the league and needed to win last weekend to leapfrog their hosts and demote them to 24th & last place. If we’ve got our strongest team available, then we could make things difficult for them… particularly if they view the game as a distraction and would prefer to try and survive relegation?
Difficult one to call. Will their priority be avoiding relegation?
Is our priority pushing for promotion?
Difficult to call certainly!!Keeping Blackpool (and supporters) in the dark!
Who played CB after Boyce, Horton & Starbuck went off? Scales? – to win all the high balls into the box!
Good result BTW, well done lads.Henri Lansbury, top qualty loan signing.
No amount of talent makes up for lack of application.
The DAZN coverage helps.
But with 64 he makes out he’s been to games when he hasn’t.
Surely you’ve worked out by now that he doesn’t have to know much about a subject to have an opinion on it that can’t be disputed.

I’d suggest they might have overrated Rochdale (17 point gap, surely not) and underrated Carlisle (36 points behind Rochdale?)
That 2nd half was hard work (watching) Passing was awful and ball retention dire, must do better. (But we won!!!)

He’s done us before, very enthusiastic isn’t he? Good research enabling him to easily identify the players, shame nobody told him we don’t play in maroon or purple.
But not as entertaining.
Have you just bought a new thesaurus?
“National League side Aldershot Town have appointed John Coleman as their new manager. The 63-year-old has almost 30 years of managerial experience and has coached the likes of of Accrington Stanley, Rochdale and Gillingham.”
Bad timing for us?
I admire your sentiments Deerey but that’s the way of the world sadly. I was watching football from the late 50’s, a time when things were as you’d like them to be now. We’ll never see those times again.
“2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate” and all that. Small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts wasn’t it. Aaaaah nostalgia.Let’s hope they don’t have a new manager in place before Saturday, we don’t want their players trying to impress a new guy.

“Having said that, the law of enantiodromia will probably see it end up 0-0.”
Would you believe it Rene!! Just what I was thinking.
