In a double benefit initiative I understand for a fiver a go you can have a slash on the pitch square you’ve bought.
Which benefits are you talking about Cas?
The ones if you are on benefits you are exempt from a hosepipe ban ?Pitch gets watered, Club gets a fiver. Win/win.
Scunny tactics – same outcome. All 10 back and the ball keeps coming at you. Having an outlet (or 2) is essential in these situations, why can’t (some) managers see that. Hope AB was watching and has seen the light.

Right!
So everyone has got their excuses in early. Off we go!Surely you don’t think that, if Argentina win it’ll be because they’re the better team.
Officials from the USA I see.
Selected by Donald with a choice of the Presidential Medal of Honor or life in prison depending on the result? One instruction that I hope Tuchel has drummed into the players:-
DO NOT give the ref any excuse to give you a red card.1 user thanked author for this post.

I can certainly re-post mine. You can’t play a back 3/5 with no WBs. He didn’t have any at the start of last season and eventually realised that. Having had the opportunity during the summer to sign WBs he didn’t, so is, once again , trying a system that can’t work because he doesn’t have the right players.

The new Jordan Hallam?
Interesting start:-

July 10, 2026 at 5:50 pm in reply to: Iron Hour interview with Michelle Harness and James Moody #322964“Some talk about the kits and mixed reception to their launch. Time pressures meant consultation wasn’t possible. Driver was to get better quality and design than last year and to get them on sale earlier.”
Admirable intentions. If they knew when the order had to be in for the scheduled “on sale” date then it doesn’t take a genius to work out that consultation with fans needed to start a few weeks before that. No “time pressure” if planned correctly.

Doubtful. In Butlers BBC interview he was asked about interest in Harvey Cartwright. After checking that he was a keeper his answer was a fast and firm NO.
Never taught by GW, played cricket against him though, a real gent.
I noticed that all but keepers wore numbered shirts and Butler explained the reason for that, still to be decided (yeah, right!!) I don’t remember seeing squad numbers announced, can they be found anywhere? Not on OWS.
Jogging a few memories there les and alcy. I think young Nimmo was 2 or 3 years below me (cue Old Git jibes) Nicko never taught me, sadly Plod did. Dick Sendall, Spike Thornley and Mac are all fondly remembered.
Yes but has he got the OK from PD yer Cass?
Yes, if he pays £6 a month and buys a wristband.
Butler’s BBC post match suggested there was an opportunity for Aston.
I’ve just had another look. Could that “chevron” in fact be an arrowhead pointing to the sponsors logo? Great marketing!
Need contrasting shorts with home kit, all claret no good. Now being re-advertised:-

I like ’em, especially the away.
Possibly 10 raffle winners?
But the other subs can be 2 attackers, 2 MF and 2 defenders. If your first 4 attackers don’t win you the game then your 5th choice isn’t likely to.

There will always be 2 subs with no chance of getting on. Surely good insurance to make one a keeper even if they never get on.
Still leaves a choice of 5 from 6, having 5 from 7 makes it easier to get subs wrong.1 user thanked author for this post.
Was it Gale or Parker maybe? They look similar in stature so probably don’t need both.
I suppose, if USA don’t win the tournament, the result will be considered “questionable” and possibly decided by a vote rather than goals.
Harsh, look at his record.
You could volunteer, the club like a volunteer.

I hope so, could be our best chance.
Wayne Graves ran around a lot.

He gave Pat Jones a go at RWB last season, I hope he doesn’t see that as a realistic option. What a waste!.

Not a bad start is it NI? I’ve said before that two 30+ CBs wouldn’t be ideal for me and, I think, in that formation Butler would go Brennan before Howe.
