Fair play to the Winklevoss brothers (same for Wrexham owner’s)for taking such a lower level team, much more fun than taking over an established higher league side, Imo.
Still don’t get it mind but that goes for any owner who doesn’t have a lifelong affiliation with any team.F the club support the team.
Would be nice for ironrob to come back on his take on how many bruers not being happy with the club again.
Your right there’d have been no point, we needed that total clear out after Swanny, but stuck with the same but expected a better outcome. Far to cushy down there.
Only ten more years and muzzies entitled to state pension wonder whether he’ll go part time then.Piss poor though on not pushing him, they told us the day before they “were” having input what did he say to that? didn’t know whether a further allocation lol, there’s no more to be had and he knows that ffs.
Glyn was saying go away you pleb in not so many words, lip service at best.
And still no apology from Michelle on behalf of the club. That’s 4 times with the tickets now Deerey how many more times before someone loses their job.
Wouldn’t have kept his job in most places of work certainly not at ours the union would have forced the issue.
Sure Vof should have a word, but so should our recognised supporter group the trust should be writing a strong worded letter to them surely that’s their role in Looking after fans interests. No matter what you say SS Apollo and the like there is a timeline to all this.
The OWP on the 28th regarding ticketing “dialogue will continue on Wednesday with club officials and their Rochdale counterparts including fan base who operate at both clubs”
To then the next some 17 or so hours later the next being a statement you can purchase up to 6 tickets, that statement first come on at 5,15pm and within an hour at 6pm they would go on sale.
That just doesn’t last the sniff test, all bloody day and that’s the best solution to it all.
Did our club negotiate with them (they have told us porkies before) but let’s say they did one would then would question today why the hell are these paid officials still in a job.
York got to sell their Rochdale tickets why didn’t we, they did it old school queuing one season ticket one match ticket pretty simple really.
Wouldn’t be so bad if the people operating were volunteers or the manager chairman at some piddly part time outfit did all and sundry, but we’re not we’re talking a supposedly professional full time club with said officials getting a good salary.
With let me say the fans at the forefront of their minds.A one off then ok but let’s go through the previous on ticketing alone.
Let’s start off with The Boston playoff.
Told the NL wouldn’t let the club sell tickets till we knew who we were playing leaving a similar time frame to sell them as this time, low and behold once fans started moaning the club then told us they got the NL to change their mind, many on here believed the club but bearing in mind the NL hadn’t told clubs in previous seasons to do the same. I didn’t.Then we move on to Chester 4 tickets allowed per season ticket holder, maybe fair enough, if they stuck to there timescale and rules where any left would be on sale from a certain day at a certain time, only for the club to go out their way to sell all remaining tickets to fans who’d emailed the club, shafting the others who were waiting for the correct arrangement a few bruers missed out I recall.
Sorry Hereford should have been first!Hereford gate a similar rushed decision with Hereford selling the tickets, with our club sending an email link out to tickets selling within minutes of announcement. No chance of fans getting the link if not registered for marketing hence hundreds of season ticket holders had a chance of purchasing, do much so Unity Stu spat his dummy out and called it a day (well for the first time anyway) when he didn’t get one. Scunny could and should have done the ticket selling it was a perceived promotion winning game at the time after all.
Then today we’re there again, surely Apollo you can see the club aren’t that community family feel club after all, they don’t change they don’t learn they just want your money and that’s about it.
An apology is a must, and for me someone head should roll it really isn’t good enough in any form whatsoever.

Indeed, and the first post you’ll see is from PD obviously he doesn’t (can’t) have a take on the situation.
How sad. Can’t wait for the Comms team to come up with their excuses again.
Don’t blame Rochdale it’s scunny who allowed them to take control of the tickets.
Unlike York who were there last Saturday.
Don’t take my word for it, just type in ‘York fans buying tickets for Rochdale away game’ and it takes you to York’s FAQ page on the subject. Would put it up but don’t know how to please feel free to do so oneself.
That’s how a club who has the best interest of fans at heart behaves, a far from perfect arrangement but every season ticket holder given at least the same chance.
One day fans will grasp that the club just don’t give a shit about them only their money.Ps,more than willing to be shown otherwise lol.

Yes, can’t understand why though.
So easy one season ticket one ticket when limited numbers, not rocket science.
They once got it right for the last cod away game not only one ticket but only one ticket per category of season ticket no buying an adult ticket if you had a senior season ticket.
They even organised a singing section for that game if you remember.
As for sitting together it’s a free for all in non league was at notts county was at Rochdale this season, will be Sunday the singing section will be the nearest to the home seating end and there will be no sitting down.
Get the odd numpty who wants to sit in their allocated seat, but most are politely told where to go.Do you really believe I should have got a ticket when plenty of season ticket holders won’t get one, especially when clubs sell them with the advantage of getting priority tickets for games.
Like I said last night was my first home game of the season.Yippee.
Not going down well on tuther side, plenty of season ticket holders not got the link 4 just from 1 family alone.
Whoops, dropped the ball again let’s put the blame on Rochdale, its not like our club haven’t got form.
And it’s not like someone on Bru has been saying about the club for a longer time than I can remember.Yes it was Deerey, and where were our staff asking them to only allow one per season ticket holders,
Ya know like what York did they got Rochdale to allow “York” to sell their tickets so they could sell them to individual season ticket holders.
I know our staff were on a day off.
This modern world hey.
Don’t our club realise there’s phones and the new thing the computer and tinternet.Every other club can manage it quicker, they were told last night what allocation were being given, 9am get em on sale not hard in this modern world. Don’t forget the fiasco last year where they were going on general sale at a certain time but ended up not sticking to their announcement and ended up selling the rest to any one who’d emailed the club. If you remember I offered to get tickets for bruers but they said it was ok they could get them only to be shafted by the club.
Get em now if you want one over half the allocation as gone already, they are allowing you to buy *6*on one season ticket hence why I’ve got mine. One home game all season (last night) and here’s me sorted .
Your bloody right they’re not magicians incompetent maybe more like I’m sure you’ll agree. You would think in this modern world our shite of a club would have had the Rochdale tickets on sale by now.
They’re f ing useless when it comes to looking after fans interests. That’s what he said in is interview last night.
According to Butler we’ve been intentionally only putting in 75% effort in since he decided we were going to make the playoffs.
I like that kind of arrogance, just wish he’d been vocal enough to tell us.
I had us in the playoffs once we got to 60 points after the Rochdale away game with 15 games to go wonder when Butler decided.1 user thanked author for this post.
Westbrook released by Donny, get him signed.

Cam Wilson scored again think that was his 29th of the season.
Personally I couldn’t enjoy the game at the time, just so nervous from when we scored till the very end.
Still buzzing this morning, though big headache from waking at 4am and not getting back to sleep.
Only a third of the way there but we have that chance here’s hoping.1 user thanked author for this post.
Played exceptionally well tonight, Will Evans mom absolutely outstanding Whitehall next other than his stupid dive come falling over on 52 mins, held the ball up well with some excellent layoffs, can’t fault any player whatsoever.
Atmosphere fantastic, stood ten foot away from the drum my choice, must admit it does go through you from your feet into the chest vibrating can understand why some don’t like it, end of the day just move away.
Hats off to Butler as well he got a great team performance out of them tonight. On to Rochdale put in another performance like that and we have a chance. And do we really think that any punishment will be dished out to Rochdale for all of the above, the worst that’s happened of late was just a reduced capacity at Chester which affected us more than it did them, just the same as Chelsea’s punishment for home crowd behaviour was to ban away fans ence we weren’t allowed to go holding a 4-1 lead.
But after Saturday that should learn all fans of all clubs not to go onto the pitch until the ref blows the final whistle.Money’s not easy to come by as it is, so some fans will just wait and hope to spend on a Wembley trip.
My first home game of the season tonight but I wouldn’t have bothered re, play over the last 2 months if my son wasn’t staying over at ours and I can get a lift down.I’ll take “we don’t have the money for a large enough and good enough squad” in division 2.
With the expectation we only have to be better than 2 other teams in that league.
With one win in the league cup that gives you the chance of playing a premiership team ya know like the cods did playing man u, that then comes with all that extra revenue that said club went on to make through gate receipts and TV money.
With the money given for an academy again.
The enormity of the playoffs is immense and the overall rewards negate “we don’t have the money for a large enough and good enough squad”2 users thanked author for this post.
You could so easily just be talking about Sufc and their greed.

Forgot that one.
Being on the pitch three times, Crewe in the playoffs that took us to our first Wembley appearance, Swansea playoff, and gaining promotion to the championship against Huddersfield I believe.
Special moments for us all.Not when it comes to scunny this season they aren’t Deerey.
To be fair everyone is clueless to know which team is going to turn up the good the bad or the ugly, or what team Butler will put out.
And not that bookies in football get it right it’s just they have that dreaded draw in their favour.
The only time I’ve put a draw down is on the old football coupon. Never on a bet.Butler’s not clever enough to even know if he was being disrespectful or not.
McCann got what he wanted from it.
Butler needs something similar tomorrow maybe just show the players the betting odds where they seem to have written his team off.Hopefully until the final whistle for either side, then let em celebrate.
