Goal contributions ? I don’t know this player or anything about but “Goal contributions” seems a straw clutchy stat
June 16, 2026 at 9:20 pm #321992Three year contract.

This season G15, A10. Not bad
June 16, 2026 at 9:28 pm #321994Probably knows Rowley because he played for Fylde before Buxton
June 17, 2026 at 4:51 am #322004Going on what Buxton fans are commenting it sounds like an excellent signing ..
I wish the lad well … hes an Alfie Beestin doppleganger
June 17, 2026 at 6:12 am #322005I remember him from NLN north for those two seasons and he was one that caught the eye. Good player. Not saying he’s a direct replacement for Roberts because that would be not only unfair but unrealistic. One thing for certain, he’s contributed a lot at the level below.
Good signing. Looked really good for Buxton.Played fantastically season just gone too.
Him and Jones out wide first choice ” if fit” with Smith and Hurst as back up.
Need to see who the new CM is we’ve signed and still need a few CB’s and a striker yet !
June 17, 2026 at 7:20 am #322006Wish the lad well, as for contributing at the level below well so did Smith when on loan with us, let’s hope this lad hits the ground running and has a cracking season, welcome Luke.

June 17, 2026 at 7:52 am #322007His history of involvement in goals might mean that he is the intended replacement for you-know-who.
The 3 year contract is another clue.
Oooh. We paid money – this might well suggest serious intent.
Let’s hope that this works out – AB and the board deserve it to.
It is also great to see that we have two beltin’ wide men in the same squad.
It will be interesting to see what formation we use.June 17, 2026 at 8:06 am #322008His history of involvement in goals might mean that he is the intended replacement for you-know-who.

June 17, 2026 at 8:16 am #322009Strangely – that thought hadn’t struck me.
No. I’m gonna be positive!1 user thanked author for this post.

You do well remembering players in detail Burney, but should have checked your facts, he only played for Buxton in that second season we played in NLN, he was at Fylde the season before, but does seem a good signing, we will see now how many of the other rumours are right or wrong
June 17, 2026 at 12:29 pm #322015Hope he does well and can make the step up. Not all do, but he seems able enough.
June 17, 2026 at 12:36 pm #322019New Signing INCOMING
For Buxton as they have just announced Kian Scales
June 17, 2026 at 2:07 pm #322021He played every game for Buxton last season on the left. Jones’ main position is on the left. Smith has only ever really played on the left for us. Hurst played every game bar one for us on the left. Dec and TSF mostly deployed on the left last season. Seems to be a pattern emerging here…?
June 17, 2026 at 3:18 pm #322023Think your remembering someone else WG was only there for one of those seasons and as only played against us once.
June 17, 2026 at 6:33 pm #322037Definitely not mixed up, he is the player I was talking about. I could have sworn he spent two seasons in NLN, but clearly not. He did really well that season and was on fire season just gone.
You seen his stats from last season ?
He stood out in their play off game too in which he scored in.

We will confuse them all – they will be on the right !
June 17, 2026 at 6:53 pm #322040Made it into the Nln team of the season as well in 24/25 WG.
On paper another good signing from Butler.
June 18, 2026 at 2:42 am #322055Him and Jones on the other side will cause havoc.
June 18, 2026 at 7:58 am #322059Him and Jones on the other side will cause havoc.
Assuming…
1. He plays them together.
2. He plays them in their preferred positions.
3. They actually get game time…June 18, 2026 at 9:47 am #322063He could have saved you a post by substituting ‘will’ for ‘could’

Yes, but it’s post or do jobs.

June 18, 2026 at 8:13 pm #322076Jordan Richards from Boston. Any good?
& Ross Barrows re signed for another season.
June 18, 2026 at 8:27 pm #322077Do we really need Ross Barrows,he’s a liability
June 18, 2026 at 8:44 pm #322080He could have saved you a post by substituting ‘will’ for ‘could’
Yes, but it’s post or do jobs.
No contest.Bru is always good for a bit of task aversion. As my presence testifies.
June 18, 2026 at 9:07 pm #322083Jordan Richards from Boston. Any good?
& Ross Barrows re signed for another season.
Boston fans seem to rate him highly and was their player of the year last season.
Don’t know why we’re bothering with Barrows. 4th choice right back if the Ogle rumours come to fruition.
June 18, 2026 at 9:18 pm #322086Barrows isn’t good enough for NL. Seen glimpses of not bad play but it’s interspersed with lots of dross
June 18, 2026 at 9:28 pm #322089Give Barrows a chance, Ironawe, he was out injured a long while so like Smith it is a fresh start, so that is two signings that weren’t on the rumours lists

June 18, 2026 at 9:31 pm #322090Give him a chance? This will be his 4th season with us!
