    Alcy’s boys?

    Speaking of litigation…..

I’ll have you know that both my lads are law abiding young men.

    An apology will be accepted.

It’s wrong that the “big clubs” can raid the academies of smaller clubs for peanuts when they are quite happy spending millions on sub standard foreign players

The way it’s always been, especially when you have a selling club.
Liverpool got Keegan for £35k, the same season Man Utd gave £100k for Ted McDougall, (who?).

What will be the likelihood of attracting decent U16’s etc once we are non league?

No matter what league we end up in, if we start next season with a full squad, not recruited on the very last day possible, and with players who aren’t just makeweights, I’ll be a damn site happier than for the last three seasons.

Bring an end to all foreign owners. Take it your happy with the murderous Newcastle owners Mick, now they have a f ING good laugh beheading and crucifying, remind us of what man utd owners have done.

I couldn’t care less if the owner is foreign. I do care if they’re members of a human rights abusing state looking to use football to whitewash this. :-) Chelsea, Man City, Newcastle and PSG are all like this and football has turned a blind eye for greed for too long. :-)

I think you will find that virtue signalling footballers are very much on top of their politics.
Until it comes to their salaries, of course😉😉

Mrs Alcazar would just look at me as if I’d asked her to take off and fly round the house, if I asked her to comment on footy.

Mind, I’m so knowledgeable I don’t need her comments, witness the number of times I’ve been proven right on here.🙂

And I’m not on about up to the minute injury/suspension details at the club. I can’t be bothered with the ows.

Izal had an horrible medicated smell to it as well, good for throwing on the pitch at footy I recall, can’t imagine you could throw Andrex as far. Annoying bastards used to put them down the pan, would imagine they would still be there to this day they didn’t actually breakdown easily.

Chucked one out of the train window passing through Sheffield on the way back from Swindon. I held the end and it unrolled along the entire platform, oh, what fun.

Do you remember Izal toilet paper as a kid alcy? Brutal stuff, particularly in an outside toilet in winter, more like greaseproof paper. Not recommended for hemorrhoids. 😂😂😂

“Now wash your hands, please” on every sheet in green ink.
And yes, outside toilets in freezing conditions, January 1963, wow. Even having a wee was difficult.

Being as I was one of the first on here to see through Swann, and suffered some of the worst abuse because of it, I’m un-surprised that Bucks’ apology is, so far, the only one.

Those who “knew better” were not better people, it seems.

    Swann made a promise? Muahahaha.

Tell you what Swanny, if you keep just those two: to leave the club financially better off than when you arrived, and to give back it’s assets, I’ll make YOU a ptomise: I’ll apologise for everything I’ve ever said about you.

    (Not holding breath).

For us it was a bus ride on the 180 from the top of Enderby Road, getting off “first stop Mary Street”.
If we wanted chips we had to walk home.

    How bad is it?
Before the festival of Sun Return I was asking if we could stay up with 38 points.
We are now on course for 31, but that’s a whole-season average.
Based on Hill’s time here we won’t make 30.

Don’t feel we will be able to look forward even to next season if SWANN AND HIS LOSER FAMILY ARE STILL HERE. It will be more of the same staring relegation from the national league in the face. SWANN AND HIS LOSER FAMILY are to blame for this snd no-one else at all.

    Are you sure?
I could have sworn Swann said it was due to covid, the council and absent supporters?
