I remember 1994, with Graham Alexander scoring the only goal from distance whilst wearing PNE’s reserve shirt from the previous season. As hideous a combination of shirt and shorts as you could imagine, even if accounting for 1990s fashions…

I remember going on the supporters coach, probably Holloways. We won 1-0 and I believe it was Neil Pointons last game for us before joining Everton. It was November 5th and I remember seeing the fireworks going off on the way home

I remember going in 1994,when Preston had an artificial pitch,Preston scored last minute in the 2-2 draw.

Looking back at the records the 2-2 match was 1995,my mistake saying 1994.
Did anyone go to the F A Cup match in 1975,when we lost 2-1 and Alan O’Meara ( our young goalkeeper made a howler for their winner late on)

Our supporters were mostly silent at 2-1 up.

Was there in 1975, FA Cup think we had lead but lost 2-1, bit old school away day, old Deepdale, the “walk” back across car park to the bus from the away end was more memorable than the match, never been back since. UTI!

It certainly was Neil Pointon’s last game he went from Preston to Everton and signed.

It was 84 played in the afternoon due to the miners strike.

It was memorable for another reason the late John Windsors wheelchair bound mother had a micarulous event, sitting pitch side she jumped out of her chair and ran to the touchline when we scored.

I was one of the 23.
