Oh sorry, I assumed from your first post you were my wife posting again. Sincere apologies.

He can say what he likes, plenty of supporters are making their feelings known on other platforms, just as they were about PD on X, and not being confined to Bru as some like to paint it.

Aye, baffling take on the game that one though. Bit more rearguard action in the second half but no bus was parked. Apart from those outside GP.

A Shrimper on X accusing us of ‘parking the bus’ on Tuesday. Get off the bus, don’t make no fuss mate!

Claret and blue jester hats everywhere.

And why not. That is what it is all about is it not, and if there is any ‘Tat’ as long as the club make the profit so what – people can buy if they want or don’t if they don’t.

To all those going have a great Sunday to all those listening enjoy the audio.

Aye, just an observation. If people want to dress up as court jesters, fine by me. Totally agree about additional revenue from ‘tat’. Not to be sniffed at. There’ll be plenty enough of that going round at Wembley if memory serves and judging by the amount of ‘over-excited’ types about.

Agree with most of your post awaywego but I’d not go as far as head rolling. Surely there’s other ways to make amends than someone losing their living? One for Voice of the Fans if ever there was one.

Went down to the office for 10 o’clock to get clarification on the ticket situation. Glyn Sparks walked in so I asked why it was such a mess. He said that Rochdale were in complete control and we had no input. He apologised which was expected. I asked if there was the possibility of a further allocation but he didn’t know. Whoever at Rochdale made the 6 tickets purchase decision is lacking a considerable number of brain cells.

You say that, but I’m assuming they were using their brain cells and thinking ‘6 per ST holder’ means less admin and perhaps less dedicated fans making up the numbers might not be as noisy? I dunno. May well be wrong.

I’m not really wound up, just saying it as it is. It’s an observation. I must have missed the bit where you said your frequent bog visits were due to prostate cancer related issues. In which case, I sincerely wish you all the best and hope you won’t feel the need to use that against Bru or myself in the future. As a frequent bog visitor in the night myself, I have some empathy, believe it or not. Either way, I’ll not lose any sleep over it I’m afraid. Sorry to disappoint you.

Perhaps if you try and refrain from using your posts to take swipes at Bru and this forum’s functionality we might be able to get back on topic, as you’ve suggested?

    Calm down.

If this Forum had been coded in the last 200 years I’d have been able to edit my entry such that it reads FV (Face Value) and not the autocorrected (by this site) FB.

Also I’ve said (twice) that the 6 per ST doesn’t feel right or have you not been able to see that through your anger?

    Pick your fights CMC

There is an edit facility after posting at the top of the post if you’d bothered to look or maybe check your post through before posting? Just saying.

Which can only be used for a limited time after posting….

    That’s a very a very unique ‘feature’.

Apologies for pointing out it’s a substandard forum.

Something else which is substandard is my bladder, due to post P.C, meaning multiple visits to the loo in the night. I’m definitely at the mercy of spelling police and the warts on this forum on here on those occasions.

    Just saying….

TBH, your multiple anti-Bru sentiments and criticism of this site’s functionality are becoming tiresome, nay wearisome. There, you got the rise you were craving. You could always start a ‘Bru Functionality and Suggested Improvements’ thread on the non-football side if you’re really that interested, other than being a Wind Up Merchant? That’s if you’ve time between bog visits.

Like I said last night was my first home game of the season.

    Wow

You have such strong views of everything Iron, live in the town and don’t attend?

Is there a section on this clunky forum where only opinions of people who attend can be read?

You’re not obliged to post on this ‘clunky forum’ that wasn’t coded to your satisfaction many years ago you know. Other platforms are available.

Unable to go myself due to other commitments but if 6 tickets per ST means not all ST holders who wanted to go now can’t because it sold out so quickly, then I’d be bloody annoyed if I were them. Surely 2 per ST max would have been reasonable?

I thought they were okay. They reminded me of us in some games this year. Good build up play but nothing special in the final third, too many hoofs going nowhere, some sloppy passing and not getting the second ball.

With all due respect, I don’t think it’s possible to maintain playing like that all season and not pick up far more injuries and fatigue. Last night was a KO match and it showed. A long old season that needs pacing. Not to say a bit more battle and pressure weren’t called for in some games though. It’s not what’s let us down anyway IMO. Bigger culprit is shambolic defending in too many games.

‘wasn’t sure what I was expecting from Scunthorpe but what I will say is this. You are the biggest nastiest and direct side we have faced this season.’

Not many are big and that’s the most gutsy and battling I’ve seen us all season. We’re usually the nicer, or softer side tbh. It made a refreshing change.

I wouldn’t be disgusted with them, I think we just confounded them, closed down better and got more second balls. It’s the best we’ve played for many months. I can understand your player getting frustrated and sent off – Howe feigning being struck by a high boot was embarrassing. That said, Scott Morris was a bit naughty throughout the match. Good luck in your Wembley match. Hope you smash the cheats.

    More of the same.
    Play Off place.
We don’t have the money for a large enough and good enough squad.

Promotion from NL is estimated to be £1-1.5m in guaranteed income in payouts from broadcasting rights and PL:

He’s developed really well since being given his chance. And been given a new surname.

    Who’s Kian Johnson?
