Remember Kyle Wooton being dubbed utter dog mess by a certain poster on here, I’m sure Kyle is still laughing his tits off after such a poor judgement. I’ll wait for the response “ but he was when he was here “, which is incorrect he was played out of position and went on to prove doubters that their judgement wasn’t so sound after all.

Well said Iron Awe. I used to have the odd discussion at the time. Still rankles because since Kyle and Paddy were driven how many people have we tried to replace them !

It will always be a stupid decision and I also include Lyle Taylor in another bad decisions being made.

Taylor, Kee and R Jones three of the biggest wastes of money in our history.

Canavan was pretty underrated. Left footed and great in the air. Glad he had a promotion with us and went on to have a great career.

    I would’ve taken him over C Howe this summer…

Was one of the boo-boys favourites, that turned out well for them didnt it.

Rene I can’t wish Sutton well because of the manager he’s gone to work for, fortunately Boston fans are getting fed up of his dull, dreary football.

Do you know where Hornchurch is?
More likely to be Kayden and Mackenzie.

Plus the pro Man U BBC commentary, the idiot doesn’t even try to disguise his love affair of the Mancs, Guy Mowbray is it? At least Rooney admitted Man U were shite second half against 10 men.

Guy Mowbray’s a York fan, another entitled fan base.

The tragedies both clubs have gone through sets them apart Awaywego but I haven’t met many arrogant Bradford City or Lincoln fans.

Lol, probably not met many of their fans either

They’ve multipled over the last 10 years(Imps), wanted us to go bust so they could get bigger crowds, still give away loads of free tickets, can’t sell out their games despite their fans saying they will.

They wouldn’t bother me but they hate us so much trying to force a rivalry so I’ll just laugh when the Americans get bored and sell up.

About 3-4 years ago i took my programmes to the Cancer Research Shop in the High Street. i don’t know if they are still there but the Wigan game from 96-97 was one of them.

Butler has accepted working with the budget presented to him, does anyone really think he will get sacked ? What if they got someone like Maynard, he would want money for players, EFL standard players – a keeper, 2 centre halves and 2 midfielders at least.
If that happens I’d be even further surprised.
We’ve got a budget squad our best hope is Butler dragging something out of them to save his own managerial cv.

Like some of those before(Knill for one) he’s squandered the budget available to him, on a couple of “fan Favourites” and some who would have ended up in NCEL.

Not going out and looking for more Brennans frustrates me. Look at the Cods, they signed an unknown striker from the Irish First Division and sold him for a nice profit.

Why can’t we do that anymore?

I still think McCall would have kept us in L1 before the meltdown started.

Coxy was up against it poor sod, but even he could do better than Hill.

Savage probably available soon. Seemed very popular with our fans last season.

He’s not played for us, or Donny, so not an option

Fixed the coach back on the road at 7,45.

Coach organiser had a bit of a rant. Fans out of pocket trying to get home.

To answer I-A, if Butler goes it will probably be Cliff Byrne or Matt Sparrow.

Not just our club but a lot of them want to stifle criticism, one in the Derbyshire Dales in particular.

I remember when SUFC had their own club messageboard and a response to one of my posts was “That’s not true, I’m reporting you to the club”

Might have been a Younger Jerry.

Yeah, but he pays for the team bus, apparently. Lol.

I reckon if Awaywego hadn’t got that cheap burger from WHAM’s mate at Ilkeston that day he would probably agree with the majority , he’s obviously easily bought 😂

Good old Burgergate, pandering to the director/burger van owner at Ilson Town and calling your own fans Morons in the process.

Positivity is thin on the ground when you wash away the substance, the club is trying to create two tiers of fans, the manager uses his budget on the free list of a local rival and a couple of “fan favourites” (A crock and a full back! Not like they’re a couple of non league gems or a youngster from a premier league side), no win yet.

It can only get better, it can’t get much worse!
