Yesterday was the first time I’ve seen anything of merit in that gent.

Let us hope so.
Dawson looks a natural in that position.
Who knew?I have enjoyed watching Rory.

Good point, I64.
The team were defending very deep. There have been times this season when we have not been hugging the edge of the box and have looked better for it.A bit sorta wretched.
Any live TV coverage?
Come on PA – what kind of filling in the pie?
Rowley is getting better with every game but I was shocked yesterday – I think he put a pass astray.
What is the world coming to?If this had been life-threatening… it doesn’t achieve much but at least we could understand it.
BLT is correct. If it were Wealdstone, the match must surely be awarded to us. Innit?
No. They were in contact with the NL – apparently.
Possible justification last Tuesday – 2 players involved.Thoughts of ‘life threatening’, even.
I ache for Nkrumah to get a full recovery – but why have the NL treated the fans with such contempt; delayed them; told ’em next to nowt?
Incompetence alert.
What was achieved by all this? – Showing sorrow for a guy with a nasty injury?
How does that work?
NL gonna refund the fans? – Thought not!The man has to be given credit for the many things he has got right.
After ‘the 2024 Autumn blip’ – he then managed the team through to promotion and superbly so.
His recruitment has been decent; the improvement seen in most of the players still with the club from last season has been impressive; his tactics have been sound.
At this point, I only have a single question mark.Any opinions on Rory’s performance last night anyone?
It has all made me turn my mind to Ross. Anyone got an update on his progress? Unless I missed it, last one was a fair while back.
I feel even more sorry for Belehouan after having now seen his skills in action a time or two.
He looks like an addition to the squad who really is an upgrade from Max.
Let us hope that he’s back in weeks not months and with the same excellent attitudes.2 users thanked author for this post.
RIP. I had the pleasure of interviewing him. Genuine bloke.

Had two interruptions and opted to reload. Saw 99%+
Ref liked his cards.
Yes. I think we defended too deep.
Credit to all players – tough game and we may have just deserved to win it but the draw was fair enough.Ah.
Oh, bottoms!
TBH – I’d rather the Cods win than Man Utd.
IT’s not Man Utd I despise but rather the scores of people – mebbe hundreds of folk – I’ve met in my life who declare themselves Man Utd fans – and ignore their local teams. Sickening glory seeking.
Trouble is, what was once just a Man U issue is now much broader.
I usually choose to shun all Premier League football. (So many reasons.)5 users thanked author for this post.
It’s so hard to watch. I want both sides to lose.

That might be just what he needed, Mick.
Love the guts in this side. Mainly the same players as last season – and we are getting more out of them.
Super effort by all the team. MC showing as a bit more relaxed. Good to see.5 users thanked author for this post.
26 clean sheets told some sort of story.

Whatever AB said in the post match interview – I carefully examined the footage again and again and couldn’t see why a good punch couldn’t have been made. Okay – not easy – but straight onto the scorer’s noggin had only one outcome.
Their second goal – for me – the near post not adequately covered. It was a good strike, though.
Have watched these two goals repeatedly and can’t be anything other than edgy.
I really am wanting to be positive here. Nice lad. Loadsa pressure on him. Don’t want him to feel picked on. Don’t want him to be depressed. But let’s be honest, ordinary fans – not prophets of doom – have been predicting what has been happening since the Number One Keeper announcement.
I’d give him one last go and if it goes pear-shaped – we’ll need to introduce a man with a bit more keeping experience and hope for the best.
I do really want him to have a belter against Halifax to rebuild confidence.I was amazed that we were so messy as we faced down the ten men. Sutton had looked seriously mediocre and then played as if they were the ones with the extra man.
They pulled us all over the pitch in the latter stages and holes in our defensive structure kept on opening up.2 users thanked author for this post.
Thoughts on the red card?
Personally, I thought it was an orange.Any thoughts on the Roberts booking?
