Surely we are not surprised by all the confused information about whether KVV was released, turned down a deal or really wanted to say, it’s how the Prawn likes to operate things at SUFC. Can’t beat a bit of confusing PR and rhetoric to f**k up the masses, while he keeps tinkering away all to his own advantage. Devious but clever.

Based on this year’s record – IF.

Written by David Gates, originally recorded by Bread but made popular and a number one over here for Kojak. Who loves ya baby!!!!

You need to ask the question, why did they underachieve at this club, this season?

If any of the departees go on to do better at their next club then you have to wonder if it runs deeper than the player(s)

Underachievers leaving Scunny and doing better elsewhere!!! Where on earth do you dream up this stuff NI? 😂

Always gonna happen, he’s had a poor season plauged by injury and whilst not his greatest fan over his piss poor attitude at times, when he was ” on it ” he was good value and at times amazing to watch. I guess the budget cuts and injuries have done for KVV at Scunny but I wish him all the best, wherever he ends up, long as it’s not Grimsby.

Was listening to one of the Humberside commentary ‘s early in the new year I believe and Eisa was doing the summary, he virtually said then that he wouldn’t be renewing his contract, it’s no surprise he’s gone TBH.

    Lee Novac released by Bradford.

One injury hit season too many methinks, shame really, when fit and played in the right position a good lower league striker IMO.

Just the usual PR exercise that gets trotted out when the heat is on, little more content then normal due to the club assets being nicked but it’s basically the same old drivel. Still can’t let fans see the full details of the transaction due ” to legal reasons “, yeah right and then it’s the usual ” we will build this and that and tother blah blah blah “. The gripe about things being released before he wanted was the biggest reason the statement was released, egotists hate being upstaged.

What if your at a match and someone shouts, ” these pies are tasteless, cold and full of gristle “, do you then reply, ” shut up and be grateful and sing praises to our glorious chairman “? Some people would. 😂😂😂

Yep it’s all good the more people join up, at least it gives a little chink of access to the Prawn for some fan reaction, when he deems it a fit and proper time to allow fans views to be heard. The fact he won’t take any notice and carry blundering on isn’t the point, it’s a toe hold on the Everest known as hope.

Whether we think the U23’s were a good or bad thing it’s another cost cutting exercise as we head full tilt into shoe string budget mode. Very clever from the Prawn, fuels his ambition on arrival by putting the club in debt, when it goes tits up, grabs the ground and land which he can develop at his leisure as debt covering and not risk a single penny of his outlay by running us as what, a hobby?, that sounds familiar. The football club can go to hell in a handcart but he’s alright Jack. Nice and there’s nowt we can do about it. Very entrepreneurial 😠

Thankfully this wretched season is finally over and we ended up losing more games then any other team in the division. Small consolation, we didn’t need the point at Bradford last week after all, dread to think what’s coming our way next season but I’ve got a pretty good idea.

No it doesn’t your still moaning as you will next season and the season after that

Not even a constructive reply Betty, get back under your bridge.

Human apathy is a condition that affects lots of people when they believe all is lost. A lot of Scunny fans I believe think the club’s race is about run, stealing the ground feels a bit like the last straw.

Well the club has been fleeced for a good while, getting soaked would be a small price to pay.

Would anyone be able to post the minutes on here ?

    LOL

We all.know what a cry baby the Prawn is if somebody else steals his thunder but it would be great if somebody did publish the minutes. I’m sure the Trust will be informing its members by e-mail, be patient.

It’s a desperately bad situation the rift between fans and their respective club boards, it’s being seen up and down the land from the smallest league clubs to the biggest Premiership clubs. Greed, power and lack of collect responsibility for our clubs and football pyramid is so disheartening to see. Is this the direction our national game is heading in? FFS how very sad. 😞

Iron trust are involved, I believe it’s a PR exercise after the negative response the Prawn has been receiving since his ground transfer announcement, what did he expect? Also understand he has not put any of his latest dealings of ground transfer and rosy future being painted for the club in writing, so it’s basically, as usual, take ” my word for it “. Why would anybody take his word after all the previous verbal bullshit the supporters have all been fed over the years.

Hope the Scunthorpe protest out does Man Utds. Though I don’t think Ironawe will attend if there are going to be flares around.

Well you won’t get in the ground anyway Awaywego, however the sight of you running round the perimeter of GP with a flare going off stuck up your arse might be worth the match day fee after all. 🤔😂

I’m still laughing at the odious Neville getting upset about the ESL.
Wasn’t he one of the first players to have his pockets stuffed with cash by the Premier League and Sky?

Aye,quite a bit of common ground on this one alcy, whilst Shearer and Co prattle on about the ESL and it’s attempt to ” ruin the game ” ( which I agree with BTW ) no mention is made of the Premiership voting itself 93% of the current £8.6 billion TV deal whilst distributing the remaining crumbs to the rest of the football tier. Greedy selfish bastards indeed.

Once again Awaywego you provide an opinion which you are perfectly entitled to do about Toney and yes people remember the penalty incident, me included but you don’t provide evidence of a lot of people disliking him as a result it’s just your point of view. Don’t confuse opinion with stating ” people disliking him ” which sounds like a lot of people, whereas it was probably just a few numpties after a few beers shouting stuff out at him. Difficult being subjective during a match after a few beers observing the game, rather than next day when you have time to reflect a players contribution over the game or indeed the season. Put it this way if we were offered a 20+ goals a season striker in the summer with a bit of an attitude at times, would we turn him down?

Why would Toney want to join us?. He must have known he wasn’t well liked here.

Evidence? A few dick heads behind the Donny Rd End don’t constitute a majority dislike from the Iron faithful, he was head strong and arrogant at times but a lot of good players are. He’s a good player and goalscorer who I believe did a good job for us when he was here.
