This is the same guy who first hit the headlines being subbed off for Wigan mid game because his wife was having a few kids yeah? Wonder what the kids think ?
Wow it is a long read but very revealing particularly the bit about splitting up 13+million quid from a crypto guy into £500 job lots to avoid scrutiny. No wonder Nige has instigated the Clacton distraction campaign, I reckon he needs a bit more then distraction but money is power and power has a way of muddling through, hope not in this case.
X
Is that a kiss or do you mean twitter or twatter or whatever it is, anyhow I’m not on that I’m only on here and that’s plenty.
Yeah good job lancsiron a proper reasoned response to what you saw.
As has been mentioned before don’t go soiling your undies over a preseason friendly, begin your judgement after the first ten games of the season, moving on.

Shocking revelations about her death all caught on a camera in her kitchen, what an awful end for a defenceless old lady, I hope the diminished responsibility card doesn’t come into play, anyone driving 270 miles with a hammer intent on killing someone knew exactly what they were doing.
Nice to see their aspirations sunk just like the General Belgrano.
Not getting too political then Awaywego 🤔😂

Messi sat on the pitch at the end looking absolutely dazed by it all but he is the captain and did nothing to admonish his team during the game. Must be a strange contrast being the best footballer probably ever ( subjective of course) and actually being part of a scumbag outfit nationally.
The older you get the more annoying all this stuff becomes, mmmmm 🤔

Bit like Awaywego I didn’t watch until the last five minutes of stoppage time in extra time after we had finished watching a film. Saw enough after the final whistle to confirm what the majority have thought for decades, Argentina are a bunch of cheating thugs, would expect sanctions to follow but knowing the attitude of the current sycophant running FIFA who knows.

Well it might not have meant a lot to most people but what an incredible game, most entertaining of the whole tournament, well played both teams and Bellingham once again just world class.
Gotta say it’s a brilliant game, France make four changes and it’s so entertaining, that third French goal was pure class.
Got to question the French attitude tonight in the first half but Tuchel freshened things up with seven changes and have been really professional so far, France have been awful England the exact opposite. A nothing game really but it’s nice to see the English attitude compared to the French.
Also bearing in mind after the Croatia game Tuchel said he told the team at halftime to play like us and not to protect the lead which had led to us surrendering 1 and 2 nil leads. So why defend after the first goal on Wednesday night, it wasn’t a Mexico situation where we had only ten men so in fact he contradicted himself on Wednesday compared to the first group game. Listen he dropped a bollock but he is still a top coach and he deserves a go at the Euros IMO.

Once again alcy it’s about moving on, nothing stands still and that includes new recipes, dishes and the desire for wanting something that used to be out of reach in a winter. The market said “ we can now get you this all year round “ and the consumer replied “ yes please “.
I think Tuchel will be the sour kraut today I-A!
Touche as in Turtle
I don’t think Tuchel is any better than Southgate. If DS was vanilla, then TT must be pickled onion!
Your coming across more sauerkraut NI
Not that I want TT gone but Clipty Klopp would be my choice if going now while available.
I believe his countrymen are chasing him pretty hard to look after their national side but you certainly like the German connection Awaywego, do you wear lederhosen at the weekends 🤔😂
OK then who do you want brought in if you say TT has failed then boot him out but come up with a name if you want him gone and explain why he or she would be different ( put the she in there just for Awaywego )
Yeah it’s a bit like MacMillan saying “ you never had it so good “ because we were coming out of post war rationing and had begun to receive better social housing plus we now had an NHS. Ironically it was the post war Labour government who began the mass social housing programme and introduced the NHS but that didn’t stop a Tory prime minister with a privileged upbringing trying to take a slice of the glory . In truth the so called golden age was simply bringing the rest of the ordinary people up to a better standard of life they could have been given many years before if successive governments had wanted to, but didn’t.

So what now, stick with a coach who tactically until the last 30 minutes last night had got things pretty much right before or go chop changing which isn’t the usual FA brief when it comes to England managers. I’d stick with him, he certainly has appeared more passionate on the touch line then any England managers in recent times and that seems to be an important characteristic in lots of fans minds and I do believe he will learn from last night and try to push us forward more tactically savvy. Let’s be right last night was a difficult game against difficult opposition and I thought we rode out the first half pretty well. Once the ref eventually got round to booking one of their players it certainly let them know they couldn’t keep going down the shithousery route all game and get away with it. For me on reflection we learn from it and move on plus no one else coach wise comes to mind who would do much better and I don’t believe we need radical change for us to take the next step forward.

The last line of your post makes a valid point Awaywego despite it being laced with irony.
What used to work alcy would not work anymore as the times you speak of involved a smaller population being serviced by a lot less lack of choice. You cannot turn the clock back and if you ever take the time to take in the vast amount of huge warehouses all supermarkets and other large brands now possess due to consumer demand you may take a different view. We left the eu because some people thought turning the clock back would work better, newsflash , it doesn’t.

Just as a matter of interest how much did the new pitch cost ?
Who has paid for it ?Reportedly a million quid ( shareholders meeting info I believe) and again reportedly £750,000 is covered by an EFL grant and the club is meant to stump up the other £250,000 quid. Now nothing concrete on all this has been forthcoming on the website I don’t think although others will correct me I’m sure if it has all been officially disclosed.
Thought the TT referred to Touche Turtle ( one for us oldies ) well there was only one Dum Dum tonight.
Tuchel has been tactically excellent till the last 30 minutes of this match after we got in front, then he got it wrong and Argentina deserved to win based on that second half.

Lorries getting bigger every year, and more of them.
The damage they do to roadsurfaces becoming more obvious, yet being roundly ignored by the authorities, or blamed on car drivers.
And all while rail freight yards lie empty and derelict, both here and in Europe. Some good points about road damage on the other hand have you ever tried to back a freight train into a Marks & Spencer’s warehouse?
Ten year guarantee?
Best quality Axminster then!
The very finest NI I believe the MP’s have their toupee’s made of the same stuff.
Well after all that money and preparation plus a ten year guarantee I would guess not mick.
