Yes the amount of superior amateur knowledge about professional football on this forum never ceases to amaze me, we have some scintillating football minds operating on this site.
There are indeed some gifted and insightful amateurs on here (no names) who see things that blinkered professionals don’t.
He didn’t do it without Brus’ help though did he? We’re only trying to help him again.
But starting the season with only one keeper isn’t an option, Campbell must see that.
If we send him out on loan then we’ll need to sign 2 keepers surely.
Andy Butler tells the lad not to read social media and has a keeper on his shopping list. There is a clear message in those two statements
What is clear is that we can’t start the season with only one keeper and Maison must know that.
“Rory Watson was a good keeper”
No he wasn’t.2 users thanked author for this post.
Truro 31st Jan!!! They’ll have to make an early decision on the pitch.
Both York games midweek – disgraceful.
Sensible Christmas and Easter at least. Not the answer then!!
Over the counter remedies are available.
Doubt many got to the end, Rene has too much time on his hands.
Who or what is GPT btw? From OK to world class in a day. Make your mind up!
Butler said he wants a keeper to challenge for number 1, not a bench warmer.
York is a popular choice amongst the players.
It is if it suits your “knock the club” agenda.
We had the best keeper in the division, his distribution was outstanding for NLN and would be good a few divisions higher. An OK keeper would have kept us in NLN for another year.

Those odds put us in a play off spot which exceeds most of our expectations.
Carlisle price is ridiculous IMO, their fans will be expecting to win every game – sound familiar?Maybe that’s what fits the budget – for now. Or he has improved?
Maybe we could have afforded a decent NL Keeper instead of spending a large chunk on Beestin…*
Privy to Alfie’s contract negotiations were you?
Was you?
No, definitely “were you”.
Whatever happened to the Hungry Fisherman? That used to be the best, back in the day.
Never rated HF
Just shows that F&C shops can polarise opinions just like footballers.

Maison for a month and then Fitz on loan if he doesn’t make the bench at Northampton?
If i recall correctly a takeaway and sit down chippy next to the church on Brit corner was also not bad after a few shandies ..Greek fella Mappouras rings a bell.
Hungry Fisherman?
Is the Ball Retriever a bona-fide Kennel Club breed or a cross between a Pointer and a Pit Bull?
Sponsorship opportunity incoming.
Beck not in the picture? Still injured, retired or moved?
Be interested to learn the reason of his omission from the image…maybe at the docs.
Or round at Renes’ “having a word!!”
The one at the back sitting on a llama.

Not the ‘keeper then?
Get over to SUFC X and let us know.
“The Laughton Woods running group 2025!
A treat for all you trialist-naming aspirers!”I agree. As somebody mentioned earlier we appear to be thinking beyond next season.

That looks deliberate.
