I take it you weren’t consulted AGAIN AWG? Bad habit the club’s getting in to.
“Scunthorpe United is delighted to team up with retail and merchandising specialists Terrace as the club’s new Retail Operations partner.
A trusted brand across football, Terrace join the club on a multi-year deal during a restructure of our retail set-up for fans.
Terrace, already entrusted with retail operations across multiple EFL stadium stores, bring experience, clear strategies and new ideas with a core focus on helping the club increase revenue and sustainability through retail, all via a fan-friendly shopping experience.
The new-look online store is now live at sufcshop.com, with several new product lines already in place alongside our current bestsellers, while our stadium shop will undergo gradual changes in the coming weeks as stock is replenished.
The club would like to thank fans for their patience during the changeover period.”There you go.
How long can we afford to wait? Tough decisions have to be made and sometimes the club get it wrong. A list of released youngsters that subsequently failed to make the grade would be extremely long.

Other stuff that’s come to light?
Interview with Maxi on RH, no talks with anybody about a new contract. Presumably this applies to everybody but Beck, Scales & Evans, could this be a contributary factor to the performance yesterday?
Glad we lost instead of drawing couldn’t face a Butler interview with him creaming in his pants saying if you dont concede you at least get a point. It would really have been a piss poor point.
Unbelievable!!!!!
Before today they had the worst defensive record in NLN, conceding approximately 1.5 goals per game. We have played them for approaching 200 minutes and failed to score. (Based on stats [we all love stats] therefore we should have scored 3) Can’t remember stats from the home game, which we could/should have lost, but their keeper made one save today. Lucky to still be top, will I be able to say that next Saturday? Apart from the fans is anybody bothered?

Hence my ” An additional investor (or two) with the current board would be my strong preference” comment.
So sell up and give someone else ago.
So yes I’ll take that distant billionaire and run that risk.So a Hilton with real money? Lucrative and OTT 2/3 year contracts and decides after 1 season that he’s had enough. Been there – don’t like it!
In case you’ve missed it Michelle & Co have given us a successful football club under extreme difficulties, something that looked unlikely a year or so ago. Your constant sniping has become tedious, can’t you look for the positives at least some of the time?
As far as I can see several of the current issues stem from a person with power but no local connection.I still prefer owners with local connections and who are fans of the club. Do you want a distant billionaire to use us as a temporary plaything for a couple of seasons then depart leaving us in the s***e? The board have done wonders in little over a year, they’ve overcome a multitude of problems and have more to come. They’ve made mistakes and have owned up to them and doubtless will make more. We have a fan owned club which IMO is priceless. An additional investor (or two) with the current board would be my strong preference, I’m struggling to know what AWG and Rene expect from Michelle & Co.

Relatively few people will read the accounts and fewer still will understand them. However if there is **** to be stirred then somebody will find it if it suits their agenda.

Unlikely to be any for this accounting period.

Did the job, the one disappointment was that we didn’t get our superior GD and GS back. Onward.
Campbell on the bench, first time this season I think. Hoping no problems with Fitz.
64 please can you amend my post to show your response. It looks like I wrote the whole post. Ta.
I only wrote one of the above ,you wrote the last 3
I detected an inference in your post, much the same as you did from the clubs statement.
But it’s not his players who have got us there Cass bar the odd cameo.
But the ones that weren’t “his” weren’t good enough last season.

Why? He’s got us top of the league.
Never mind “recruitment experts” I’m a big fan of managers picking the players they want.
For the reasons above. A concept you don’t seem to understand, see CEO thread for details.
If we’ve got the joke answers out of the way then surely the Trust has the best opportunity to canvas the opinions of over 1000 supporters so a rep. from there would seem appropriate. ( Dons tin helmet and ducks)

A bit of “you started it” then? That takes me back a good few years.
Why not you only want me tell what you want and lm not going to do that
What I want is for you to tell us just what the CEO has brought to the club so far. Positives only, we know the negatives.
No answers to the OP then?
At least the guy has tried to do something more than any of you. I have never met the guy but drive him out then the next and the next. Nothing changes what an earth do you all want.
Why don’t you answer the OP and post something useful for a change?
