I noticed before the England v France rugby international on Sunday that some players took a knee in the lineups and others didn’t, it should be a personal choice but booing either action should be criticised IMO. Also it was noticeable that no mention of the discrepancies between the players choosing their own method of respect was discussed and of course not a boo was heard from 2000 rugby fans. When it comes to resting players we are no different to Colchester or any other team playing Saturday/Tuesday. It depends more on how many of the better plays are fit to start on both sides, sounds like VanVeen won’t be risked so it will be a case of the fit and freshest players giving it their all against a good Colchester side. Maybe they will have injury problems to some of their good players which would be a bonus for us. Pick your fittest freshest side Coxy and hopefully in a 4-4-2 if possible and give it a good go. Disagree with this, if you are a forward you should bust a gut every time to make a run into the box hoping for the cross, it’s your job it’s what you get paid for its called being a professional footballer.
