You tell me Awaywego you are the one advocating breaking the law in some form of protest, I’m guessing Oldham have their fair share of dickheads too.

That’s alright then let’s all go and break the law and possibly cause injury to others by throwing things, all because a certain poster on here has a slate loose.

“Staying up,staying up,staying up!! A beautiful sound coming from the away end on Saturday.

If the fans are going to be as deep in drink as Awaywego suggests it may well be,
“Throwing up throwing up throwing up”, and thats before they have witnessed the shite in front of them.

A narcissist can’t change, Prawn won’t carry the can, it will always be someone else’s fault. That’s part of the illness of Narcissism.

Agree with all that Ironawe, except for, in shit street.

Well we should agree on this Awaywego as we are both long term Iron fans who only want what’s right for our club but unless you have another name for shit, I honestly believe that’s where we are under this current Chairman. Would you rather Steve Wharton was still in charge, if his health would allow? I believe the majority on here who compare our debt and league record under him and our previous ownership of our own ground compared to now would agree we would be better off. No brainer really.

A good chairman isn’t one who does the fans bidding its one who runs the club responsibly and hopefully in time can push the club forward. After Steve Wharton, Swann came in and stated the club would be run more professionally, well several years later, several stated failed ambitions later, one ground grab due to a self inflicted 11 million quid deficit later, we are where we are. In shit street, thanks Mr Chairman

I don’t approve of anything thrown on the pitch even paper planes, if they are thrown on in volume then the game has to be stopped while they are cleared away, one might even fly into a player or officials eye, it’s just childish it’s against the law and you should not condone such behaviour or make light of it but you will because your still rather childish when discussing the subject of objects being thrown onto a football pitch.

Well thanks for your edit Awaywego but if you are advocating the throwing of objects at games as part of the protest against the board currently running our club then I don’t believe you will get much support on here. Any perceived violent and illegal action ( which it is ) will immediately be seized upon by the Swann family and turned against the support in the media to strengthen their hand in any debate about how the club is being run. Any instant gratification you receive ( or probably dick stiffening in your case ) from throwing an object onto the playing surface will be lost in the long run of the argument because you are breaking the law. I know you think you are being funny or clever but for once, grow up, FFS.

True, but his tone was optimistic the numerous other times we were told work would be commencing soon.’Next few weeks’ seemed a bit plucked out of thin air but we’ll see I suppose.

Bearing in mind he said in a previous interview the work would commence by next August ( 22/23 season ) I’m not holding my breath on anything this guy comes up with. He should have been a politician or an England bowler, he’s an expert in spinning and I don’t mean wool, that he just likes pulling over our eyes.

If the vocal support was loud enough at Carlisle, it will loud enough at Harrogate, what will play into their hands throwing of tennis balls at Oldham had an effect.

Could you try and make sense for once please go on try again.

Only sensible option on match day both home and away is a sustained chant of ” Swann Out ” and ” Sack the Board “. When defeats keep coming then Humberside and other media can start asking the management and board on their reaction to the constant negative chanting aimed at them. This must be sustained both home and away for a sustained period and particularly just before kick off, half time and near the end of ninety minutes. Not sure the vocal support is large enough in number to sustain such a campaign but it would be nice if they could and would cause questions to be repeatedly asked and pressure put on the people the fans are looking to remove. Good luck with all that but no violence or object throwing please, that will just play into their hands and distract from what is trying to be achieved.

He didn’t really deny the Chinese rumours was like he didn’t want to rock the boat. Watch this space

Probably means we will be the first non league club selling prawn crackers and rice cakes from our food outlets next season. You don’t need to serve them hot either.

It will be interesting to hear the interview with the Telegraph (tomorrow is it?). I suspect that will be prickly to say the least.

Yep prick and Chairman, sounds like a familiar link most Iron fans would recognise.

Did you borrow that last line from your wife MK?😂
Seriously, the guys should go for the jugular and give Swann the hard time he deserves, if he gets upset and storms off or we never hear him utter a word again who’s bothered, we are fu***d because of him.

A position has just become available at his old club – Watford!

D’ya reckon he might apply for the job?

Yes but it’s a managers job NI not a turnstile operator.

The Prawn is only interested in how much money he is currently putting in ( not much ) and how much money, a redevelopment of housing on the site the ground currently stands on, will return ( quite a lot ). Nothing else will be of interest to him. SUFC who?

He has no words BS because he has no idea, however I believe the majority on bru have known this for a long time. He is in fact a product of the man he adores and fawns over, the very elusive Ernest Prawn.

In theory Cass The Prawn could sell the club for a reasonable rent of the ground per season, after all that would chip away at the 11 million debt he put the club into and caused him to transfer ownership of the ground. We would however need a buyer to come in and invest in the squad in the new year to get us safe, then plan for next season. Possible pie in the sky but it could happen.

The Prawn won’t come back to watch, he knows the position he has put the club in, he’s just sat back waiting for the inevitable and possibly rubbing his hands thinking about future development plans so his other companies can help pay off some of the huge debt his mishandling of club finances caused to SUFC. Disgraceful behaviour.

We were joint bottom last week, only goal difference kept us officially off the bottom. A mere technicality resolved today because of conceding more then Oldham who also lost but yes we deserve to be there and yes I can’t see the position changing anytime soon unless some sort of change is put in place.
