Someone I know was convinced the booing was for ‘taking off our best player’. But may have been confirmation bias.

Lol, shared this video with some old friends for the track without actually watching it. Only just realised it’s set in our old local boozer from 25-30;years ago in London. Hasn’t changed a bit. Many great memories in there in various mental states. Some great lock ins too post 11pm closing time. Excellent

Still remember buying Travelogue from Record Village in 1981. Wasn’t sure they’d have it but delighted they did. Fine album way ahead of it’s time and a fabulous thought provoking sleeve.

Possibly. But is it the main reason? All speculation.

I’m assuming Mash didn’t make it on to the line up following his surprise new track dedicated to being ‘Scunthorpe till I Die’? Except when you’re supporting Leeds I suppose…

Disappointed with the products so far. Not much new badge fare – too much non unity badge stuff. Who buys cufflinks these days? Might look okay round unity badge style not those monstrosities being offered

For those interested – an update about Tai Woffinden (polish translation)

On Friday, fantastic news was given about the player waking up from a coma. Most importantly, he has already had the most important surgeries, including the longest and most serious one, which lasted eight hours. Below is the latest information on the Briton’s condition.

    ABOUT TAI WOFFINDEN’S CURRENT STATUS:
For the fans, for the closest ones who were not present during the sparring, this is undoubtedly a difficult topic. The situation was difficult, very difficult, and at one point even dramatic. Fortunately, in this misfortune, Tai is now after all these surgeries. He is recovering. He is in a state of waking up from a coma. He is still maintained on strong painkillers, which is also very important. The most important thing is that the surgeries were successful. I hope that he will come back stronger after them. However, whether he comes back will of course be only and exclusively his decision.

    ABOUT WOFFINDEN’S INJURIES:
Let’s be honest, an open fracture of the thigh or a broken hip are life-threatening injuries in themselves. This is a serious condition. In addition, there were 12 broken ribs, including several in two or three places. A broken scapula, a damaged and broken right elbow. Spinal problems, which resulted in the longest operation. There were a lot of injuries.

    ABOUT ELBOW SURGERY:
I can’t say everything. I promised Faye Woffinden, Tai’s wife, that she would decide on informing the public and the media on the most important topics. For my part, I can say that the elbow surgery was a success. After the accident, he wasn’t in such a bad condition as his left elbow, which was injured last year. He has full range of motion. After the surgery, the doctors checked it right away. Now it’s a matter of getting it all healed properly. Rehabilitation is needed.

All these injuries are ones that need a lot of time. Thanks to all the doctors, the entire hospital. The last, third surgery lasted over eight hours and was very important. After it, everyone in the club and Tai’s mother felt relieved that the worst was behind us and things could only get better. Tai has had the surgeries, they were successful. We are waiting for the whole process of waking up to be successful. A faster full awakening would cause huge discomfort in the form of pain. As we know, everything regenerates better during sleep.

They might have got lucky with Example scheduled at Woolaton Park the following weekend. Lives in Australia from what I can tell. Fair play to them.

Cult and Guinan are my favourites. The latter because it’s so niche and ridiculous :) The Laws ones are class though.

If I was changing my online shop provider, I’d make sure the new one was ready to switch on as soon as, or before, the other is switched off. Hope this simple process was in place?

Might do okay for a year or two at a club like Ilkeston or Matlock before the subscribers drop off leaving them in the doo doo.

‘Nearly went a full week without a sideshow; feel sorry for Andy and the players who must be wondering what else is around the corner.’

Hopefully they’re immune to all this and focusing on their jobs in hand?
