Two days.
Especially when the 40,000 monthly subscriptions start flooding in.
Wouldn’t have thought any other than Campbell and maybe Alfie would be in wage structure for next season so none of the others will be here particularly if we don’t scramble our way though the playoffs
I think Scales & Evans signed extensions and Beck is here for next season. Doubt if any NL or L2 will match the wages we believe the high earners to be on so it’s likely they’ll be taking a pay cut wherever they play.
Fitz can go for me,not that great at all, slow at diving, most the penalties v boston was past him before he got down like Shilton in Italia 90,think any reasonable keeper would of kept the same amount of clean sheets, hes easily replaced for cheaper
This has to be a wind up. It’s worked – I’ve bitten.
Agreed, such a generous offer must not be abused.
Whilst I don’t like to leave contract discussions until the last minute I don’t see how the club or players can begin talks before we know if we’re NL or NLN next season. Some of those OOC are good enough for NL and some aren’t but the “not NL Standard” will be OK to keep if they’re cheap and we’re NLN.
“I wasn’t at the match but if DAN-UTI wishes to report it our friend Jase posted the Humberside Police FLO email on the Facebook group
The “Cover up” is what your ilk would be doing straight away…
And as I type Cass turns up that’s a shock ”? Who me?
Quality – fair.
Effort – harsh. How many corners did we have?
How many were inswingers into the six yard box?
How many led to a goal attempt?
Were there other options? At K. L., they had two attempts and scored from the one on target whereas we had 20 of which 10 were on target. Unfortunately, we were playing a pub team of time wasters. I wonder which pub their number six plays for.
A most disappointing result after a three and a half hour drive from Newbury.Don’t remember their keeper making 10 saves. Two maybe and one for Carlton. Didn’t desrve to lose or win but if we had hit the target 10 times we’d have the three points. Passing and shooting was terrible, 10/10 for effort.
Cass you are usually the voice of reason, but the toxic twosome, are often the protagonists by spitting venom first.
People will give it back, Ramus is getting off lightly regarding a liking for younger ladies, which he lied about despite being caught with his pants down (metaphorically speaking of course).
The defence of WHAM was non too clever either. Nor was attacking fellow fans with an alternative opinion about said person.I might have been a little naive but, as my social media useage is limited to SUFC X and Bru, I have no idea what S&J have said or done apart from the snippets on here.
It’s on their schedule.
Not now it isn’t! Puzzling.
Leaving the club in the hands of people that have strange ideas about how to run a football club? Will we see the monthly subscription boys return?

I don’t know either Jerry or Stuart personally but clearly they are massive Iron fans. Can we accept that, stop the unnecessary sniping and just concentrate on the football. Thank you. UTI.

All gone quiet on the Weekender front, is it sold out?
NLN/NLS. Sat 3.00 NL games are on.
Will the matchday programme and pitch side announcements on substitutions now say ‘Stuart Maw no longer fund raising’?
Only if it’s sponsored.
Even with a vastly reduced budget Butler should have the pick of NLN players (assuming he’s identified them during the season) to make us competitive in the NL if that’s where we are. A couple of EFL loans should finish the job.
Is Rene your personal statistician?

Another novel in there les?
Have another read.
We let a prolific goalscorer (Elliott) leave because he didn’t fit the style the manager wanted to play. As Butler plays with “cut in and shoot” wide players rather than “crossers” it begs the question “why was he signed?” He won’t score if we don’t help him.
The high profile visitors only there for the photo opportunities !
Did they stay for the match?
Computer said NO.
I take it you weren’t consulted AGAIN AWG? Bad habit the club’s getting in to.
“Scunthorpe United is delighted to team up with retail and merchandising specialists Terrace as the club’s new Retail Operations partner.
A trusted brand across football, Terrace join the club on a multi-year deal during a restructure of our retail set-up for fans.
Terrace, already entrusted with retail operations across multiple EFL stadium stores, bring experience, clear strategies and new ideas with a core focus on helping the club increase revenue and sustainability through retail, all via a fan-friendly shopping experience.
The new-look online store is now live at sufcshop.com, with several new product lines already in place alongside our current bestsellers, while our stadium shop will undergo gradual changes in the coming weeks as stock is replenished.
The club would like to thank fans for their patience during the changeover period.”There you go.
How long can we afford to wait? Tough decisions have to be made and sometimes the club get it wrong. A list of released youngsters that subsequently failed to make the grade would be extremely long.

Other stuff that’s come to light?
Interview with Maxi on RH, no talks with anybody about a new contract. Presumably this applies to everybody but Beck, Scales & Evans, could this be a contributary factor to the performance yesterday?
