All depends how ‘clever’ our master tactician wants to be !!
Not a chance of that happening. Selections are continually disrupting any chance of stability. The tactical wizard should consider a new career.
Post match comments are constant source of amusement ! I mean what the hell is this rubbish ” We need to get some freshness in them ” !!
We have improved but that is because we recruited Taft & Karacan. If they weren’t there we would be in big trouble.
Alexander has gone so lets move on. Attitude to fans started with MR, and he deserved to go as well.
You stand more chance winning if you attack than defend, how many attempts on goal against Exeter ?? Fans will not flock back and Mr Swann needs to ask himself why !
Turgid will not show a boost to gates after this long absence of supporters.
The decision maker needs to change their attitude. Is there a long term plan ? Now I am not so sure on.

Someone is inept in the decision making.
The games to go this season are not just about this season.
Targeting is alive and thriving, getting to the time when decisions need making.
Well someone is tinkering that is for sure.
Asked the question before – is it the training pitch structure that is creating issues.
All about the tactical designer now I am afraid.
I didn’t realise Prem Refs can get a bonus of up to £50 K a season !! They actually lose money for bad decisions !!
Do not understand that you get a bonus for doing the job correctly despite their salary of over £100K a season. If you cannot do it then you shouldn’t have a job !
If our master tactician has a ‘coping’ plan it could be a long day.
If the tactic is being us in a 4 4 2 and going forward in a forceful way the day could be very rewarding.
Hope we continue with the forward passing, 2 striker attitude. We have a chance if we do.
But if the tactician within the management team gets above their station could see problems. As usual we need to be US from kick off to final whistle and make the opponents adapt to what we do.
7 and 12
New era, attitude next season so let’s have a total change for the 1st strip.
Let’s keep it simple. Full time whistle goes and then points are awarded after that.

Oh yes ” Lovely Boy, Lovely Boy “
Interesting in a worrying way !!
Need a philanthropist and soon.
Usual requests 4 4 2 ish, front foot from 1st minute and play our game not a game to deal with their game !!

Great chat with Guy. He sounded as though he enjoyed it and making contact with the fans again.

the new Murray Wallace, come here on loan and then permanent, and build a team around him and Manny, at least Harrison can play right back.
Mr Taft can also cover at LB and we have Charlie Barks in the U23s.
Would be an excellent signing though. Sorts out the defence in readiness for next season.

4 4 2 for me or if the use this 4 4 1 1 make sure the 2 ‘1’ ‘s operate close together.
Set up to play OUR game and go for the 3 points.

Huge influence already. And just listened to Neil Cox Humberside interview and he confirms huge affect off the field – letting players know what they have.
Due to Covid refused to train or play due to risks to BAME community.
Not the future.

The pass by JEM over the head of Loft was precision. I think Ryan just needs to be looking forwards and the ball will be delivered in front of him.
The chasing back and tackling where he got a yellow card was real team play. Would like to see a bit more enthusiasm by his team mates saying thank you – helps build that group bond.
We know what works, we were pretty close to it so stick with it.
I note no offsides by us on saturday – is that because we were not fast enough to exploit or that GTFC were too slow to catch us offside !!
Play our game from 1st minute and go for them. Fortune will favour the brave.
Why would we go for a 37 yr old ? We let Neil Bishop who was younger and 100% good enough for an extended 2yr deal at the time !
Local lad Jack Muldoon at Harrogate is 31 and I don’t think he is being considered, unfortunately for me.

Got the impression from Cox that Cordner was a bit of a softie when it came to playing centre back, not up for it, wouldn’t man up. If that’s the case then Loft may well rough him up a bit, I hope he does and Cordner has a nightmare against us.
But perhaps his new club will play a square peg in a square hole.
He was sold because as they say he was at the end of his contract and promises had been made.
Just like the promises made to Murray. In both cases we honoured them.
Don’t blame him. Perhaps what was expected wasn’t deliverable with the position and tactics.
He leads from the front…………….
