LoftDo I win the coconut?
Between 3:00 & 5:00 this afternoon I’ll be tense and nervous and can’t relax!
Nah, I’d use him as an impact player off the bench.
Don’t think Cox will leave both Kenyon and Davis out FI. Not much leadership in the lineup without one or both.

Aye, and I forgot to put O’Malley on the bench.
Duh!
I reckon Pugh could be in at RB and Kenyon instead of Perry.
Don’t think he’ll play both O’Malley and Thompson, so Green could feature.

I was really impressed with your number 2.
Plenty of fibre in the diet?
Cox, Swanny, or young Swann, or are we going to wait and see how the side does and then call it?
If the club communicated with it’s supporters we might know sooner.

Too busy scanning the Humber for boat drop-outs!

When the lad Poulton came on I got the impression he looked useful too.
We got zilch from KVV last season – why we did not sign him on a much reduced contract.
It took him just a few minutes to score Motherwell’s opening SPL goal & Alexander was full of praise for him after the game.
Talking with a Carlisle and a Bradford fan and we all agreed Gilliead was great on the ball but lacking on end product.
On that basis I think we’ll miss Kev more than Alex.
Fully agree that we need a goal poacher in the building but I’m happier than I was a month ago.
And the non-scoring strikers?
Surely they must be out of the incubator by now?

Two wins out of three against League1 teams, I thought we lost against Hull and Lincoln !!!
Hull City are a Championship side. Keep up!

Good win.
Two wins out of three against L1 opposition is an encouraging sign.
I would expect the XI who started today to start against Swindon.

So who’s going OUT on loan?
We can’t surely have three keepers on the books if we’re shelving the U23s.
Watson or Collins?
We didn’t need any more 20 year old keepers!
Zero league experience. Not too chuffed about this one I’m afraid.
If I were a cynic I could suggest that the above observations are indicative of someone who has lost interest in the club.
But I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it would appear that lessons have been learned from previous years.

On a marginally different track – it does rather seem that Neil might just know what he is doing.
Which begs the question, who didn’t know what they were doing last summer?

Artificiality?
You mean man-made fibres?
Fashion has little to do with clothes these days!
“Was really impressed with Callum Wilson”
Not surprised, he’s an England International.
Do Newcastle know he played for us yesterday?
Some inexperienced youngsters in there.
I’d like to see an experienced keeper and striker added.
Well we’re starting to put some flesh on the bare bones.
In fact I’m starting to lose track of who’s signed.
Anyone in the know want to post up breakdown of what the squad looks like as things stand?
My thinking was just in case Swann starts building his apartments over the East stand
😂😂😂😂

Maybe another striker but with Turan and Jarvis still on the books, I find that highly unlikely.
And therein lies the problem.
Unless we can sprinkle fairy dust on them and turn them into footballers! 🧚♂️
Nah! Scunny Bunny is the one with the hairy bum!
I said Andy Keogh on the other thread IA.
Let’s see which of us is closer!
Just bought some concert tickets via a ticketing website. Straight away I got a confirmation email along with another asking me to review the site and offer my feedback.
It’s called customer service. If I buy my next match ticket online will I get an email from the Pawn asking me “how did we do today?”
Yesterday I had my mate on the phone complaining that his club – National League North Chester, had gone cashless and what on Earth was he going to do? So I reckon the vast majority of professional football clubs will be following suite.
Gonna be like it or lump it I’m afraid.
I thought we already had Dobbin at centre-forward!
Watched the highlights and, actually, we didn’t look too shabby at all!
Was impressed with the way O’Neill took his goal. Very Andy Keogh-like, and boy, could we do with a player like that again.
Passing and movement looked slicker too. I know it was just a friendly, but if we can get these boys on board and loan in a decent keeper we might even end up with a better lineup that last season.
Isn’t Rochdale still in lockdown from the first wave of Covid?
