He started at Kings Lynn and I think the general view is at the moment he is more effective as an impact sub, I go along with that, the threat of him running at tiring defenders in the last twenty five minutes or so has been very entertaining to watch and has brought more goals. Unless through injury he has to start I would make him sub right through all our remaining fixtures this season.

    question
Do loan players return to their parent club after the final game of the regular season or can they play in the play offs thinking of Fadera

After his last two performances I’d hope he’s already on his way back to his parent club.

Rene you do realise your post about Mo now qualifies you for nomination in The Last Legs Dick of the Year awards on Channel 4, lol. Mo is a young upcoming player who has been a breath of fresh air in our squad since joining on loan from York but he is young and is allowed the odd duff game, its part of his experoencing building, you know that.

He’d be great in league 2 IMO maybe the Cods can afford him after they get beat in the playoffs.

Either way I have a feeling it will involve a world class plastic pitch.

…and a catering colossus moping up the extra burger trade on match day. Hope Ilkeston A&E know what’s about to hit them sometime next season.

‘it was all the cricket club’s fault! Just 20 miles down the road however…’

I’m sure a ransom strip can be found somewhere.

Sounds like a ransom statement never mind a ransom strip, invested £200,000 already but couldn’t pay players wages at Scunny, how does he do it? Is a shipment arriving from Colombia or something?

Hi – the 3 points deduction made no difference as we were already down.

However a few months ago there was a EGM for passing 75% of the club to private hands also a number of safe guards to protect the club. This was voted in by the season ticket holders (current owner as members club).

However we all got a e mail on Sunday saying deal is off its either pass 100% over or he walks and the board have say the fans will have to sort out a new board if we don’t vote yes !!! We gone until Friday to decide.

You do know about his previous don’t you? Come on wake up you and your fellow Mtfc fans and use your brains FFS.

Well Mr Butler got his contract extension in October 2024, but can imagine there are clauses where termination could occur.

Will they contact Arnie to do the deed?

No one just Snot up to us old games.
How could anyone trust someone who said in one breath I’ve never been to Turkey and yet in another post saying he’d worked in Turkey.
Just because he owns a long kelme coaches coat doesn’t make him an employee.
    Liar liar pants on fire.

I heard he once went to a Lincolnshire turkey farm to get his Xmas dinner and came back with a chicken.

Remember we don’t actually have to win the games penalties will do.

Butlers if you don’t concede brings an all new light to the matter, dare he!

We had enough of that bollox with Mr Itchy and Scratchy last season, must win game against Boston in front of 8000 plus fans at home and he goes sub keeper on the bench and play one up front, what an absolute DICK.

If we are losing 64 grand a month how could we afford Billy Sharp? Wonder which person in the club revealed this supposed ” nugget “?

At the end of the day we’ve drawn too many games

You say that, but I’d argue the last three away games (all 1-0 defeats) was where it was lost.

Fair point Brandon, if we’d drawn those last three away defeats we’d be still one point clear with our fate in our own hands. Overall though it’s too many draws over the season that has cost us ” walking ” the league and the budget and fanbase points won’t go away, we should have walked it last season because of the same advantages we have over the other teams in the division.

At the end of the day we’ve drawn too many games

This, 12 draws for a team aiming to be champions is rubbish, too much safety first in the first part of the season when we should have been at people’s throats. Lose 5 of those draws and the 5 points, win those 5 games add the 15 points leaves us on 94 points before we kicked off today, job done at a canter. Just not good enough from the team with the biggest budget and fanbase in the division.

Well it’s gonna be a heck of a rise particularly as the club are encouraging fans to pay up early for next season to get the same price as last. Think the reality is we are going to have to put up with a much reduced player wage bill for next season meaning less better players than now. 64 grand a month loss has to be whittled down somehow so it’s pretty obvious what’s going to get cut to try and address this serious issue which will massively effect our future as a football club.

To be fair, I have been pretty impressed with many of the GKs I’ve seen in the NLN. Perhaps a majority.
I don’t think I’d want Campbell as Number One.

What you want les and what your gonna get is probably a long way off, have we seen enough of Campbell to make a fair assesment of him?, I’m guessing the coaching staff will have a better idea than the rest on here .

My one away day was Brackley and a free place on the team coach when my mate won two freebies in the monthly draw, quite enjoyed the day despite it being over 12 hours long, picking players up and dropping them off going home. I see they don’t have the free seats as a draw prize anymore, didn’t realise we had pissed them off that much on the coach, lol.

If Jerry did punch a guy three times in the back yesterday then the guy should have turned round and broke Jerry’s nose, you never know it might have made him easier to understand when he’s verbalising.

That’s completely uncalled for you dopey geriatric clown.

Actually I said ” if ” not that he had punched a guy in the back but ” if ” he did then I presume you would suck Jerry’s d*** and call him a hero, you dopey stupid prick. Easy being unnecessarily rude isn’t it numb nuts?

Seems very sensible now doesn’t it. especially if we’d got an early goal with a genuine forward on the pitch.
Butler’s done enough things for him to get battered this season and rightly so, 5 at the back, dodgy subs, interviews, Trying Evans as a midfielder twice, trying Whitehall as midfielder.
So one more which to me was the right anyway seen our struggle for goals of late especially away from home, so what if he got injured, again popular belief on here was we were managing quite well without him.

We were till Beck got ruled out for the season, Whitehall will need nursing through the playoffs if he’s to make any difference to us.

Where was the bravery shown by him yesterday, Whitehall fit and yet he did the normal thing of leaving sat on is arse.
What a boost to most of the fans that would have been, what’s the worst that could have happened could always have subbed him early.
Jimmy did the same last season biggest game of the season Tamworth at home, Whitehall available after his 3 match ban and he leaves him on the bench.

What is it with managers they all tend to do it.

Perhaps they understand the game better than you, just an opinion.
