Sorry to say we were going nowhere with Duncan, Clarke came in and his player scored the goals to take us up. CLARKE
I did say it was owned by the council so every contractor hads a bit on top,
We always had problems at the works athletic club some of the quotes unbelievable if it were you were paying, management members weren’t bothered it wasn’t their money we on the unions were always raining them in.Anyway much like Farsley it’s what’s underneath chairman says had cameras underneath and there’s subsidence And collapsed drains.
Type, Trevor Bull on Scarborough ground (Yorkshire post site)April 23, 2025 at 4:19 pm in reply to: Calum Roberts and boardroom news from Michelle’s BBC chat #303216If the cods can afford him so can we they lost £1.68 million last season, ours chicken feed to theirs.
No. most owners of clubs have no affiliation with the clubs they take on or want to take on.
If i won the Euro millions I wouldn’t even buy Scunthorpe let alone another club, but each to their own. There’s nothing stopping you at the moment contributing monthly there hardly likely to turn money down.
Let’s see those direct debits or standing orders being set up.You lot could always chip in monthly to help keep them going ala Fc100,000
Present board can’t/ won’t finance the club anymore and people are saying vote “B” really.
Isn’t it refreshing to see someone with no affiliation to a club donating, against someone’s home time club and lifelong supporter (supposedly) putting their money in as loans.Dont be upset Snot.
Maybe just stop the lying and instead of calling me thick just remember what you’ved posted that may catch you out, showing who the real thicko is.
At the moment have you made your mind up wether Sharp is a good un or a bad un lol.
Remember Snot saying we’d be impressed by the new manager guess from what hes said on here Billy was that man, guess is source is laughing all the way.
By am I certainly not Impressed with Butler.
Remember we don’t actually have to win the games penalties will do.
Butlers if you don’t concede brings an all new light to the matter, dare he!
To right MK everyone optimistic until 2 o’clock when the team announced then everyone was left deflated, going and watching the match never improved the mood, dire absolutely dire.
Even then we all thought we’ll get someone in to cover the lack of forwards in the next week, but know Butler and the board thought they could wait 2 months only to go back to Scarborough and bring in one of the donkeys from donkey field.I’ll go back to the first draw against Warrington that started the rot followed by turning up at Scarborough without a recognized striker, rings a bell.
Thanks Rene look forward to the playoff odds.

No I thanked CMCs post saying Rene hoped it would be Beck.
No one just Snot up to us old games.
How could anyone trust someone who said in one breath I’ve never been to Turkey and yet in another post saying he’d worked in Turkey.
Just because he owns a long kelme coaches coat doesn’t make him an employee.
Liar liar pants on fire. And your to thick 64 to realize that Snot had said a signing on fee not a transfer fee, your film was on last night lol.
Not that I’d believe anything that Snot says hes got previous history lying to us on many occasions, he’s just full of self importance.
Glad your finally see sense when it comes to the draws.
I was wanting Butlers head after 10 games 64, can’t remember but we were top of the league 5/6 in front of everyone else.
Which games are you alluding to from what I can see he was ticking over nicely, first 3 he missed we lost 2 and drew 1 so cant be them.
We did have a proper striker 64 but unfortunately he was out injured for a lot of the season.
And the replacements Michelle and Butler brought in were and are pretty shite.Left 5 or 6 goals on the pitch today but still an enjoyable game for once and that’s something.

Course you was deerey, suppose also you thought Id be predictable with Campbell.
Didn’t realize till i got to the ground that Butler did that other No No and he dropped the goalie from the bench, imagine this stage of the season and not having cover.
My house rules if you don’t say it before you can’t claim anything after. Lol.What’s the difference between benching Whitehall on Friday and starting today.
You lot!Tight lines pat tight lines.
Your not far off with most of your posts.
Twas clear though Hilton never wanted to purchase the ground just don’t believe he had the money behind him for that purchase, and that’s the only thing that is better at the club than when he was there now the ground is a community asset. The football is as shite has I’ve ever seen, the team showed more passion and effort when we got relegated out the EFL, and that’s not down to your mate has one of our mods would have you believe.
Keep flipping lol.Sucker.
I know it’s hard not to go but I’ve not been disappointed on the ones I’ve missed.
And to think tuther season we were prepared to travel to the likes of Ilkeston for a friendly, how things have changed.
One good day for me was at Leamington weather and all.Wasn’t it more the case Roberts refused to move than the club turning the offer down.
Have there been any problems in any of the away pubs and clubs in recent years, I’ve never anything but praise from hosts.
I see you succumbed MK and went to KL after saying no more after Radcliffe lol,
Its
We can always start again like macc and Bury.
Fitz, Clunan, Robert’s and Danny

It’s the children’s Easter party today, evidently the players are turning up.
Would help if he could sort the club emails out, that nice man joe who does the blogs (better than Gareth’s imo) emailed the club a week ago about finance for season tickets and he hasn’t had a reply, would seem the leopard hasn’t changed its spots yet again.
Not though this problem hasnt been made aware of before. -
