Wasn’t impressed with Cox’s interview on BBC yesterday, telling all and sundry that he is under immense pressure(though I’m sure he is) negativity breeds negativity, I want positivity from his mouth to the players, and a positive team selection and set up and just give it a go.
Does that make Swanny our biggest fan and supporter then?. Of course not he’ll never be a fan or supporter you can’t buy that, he’s just a man with loads of money who’s funding our club at the moment.
Done Two Wright’s, excuse the pun.
Open hearth, some go back as far from when we sold Barrie Thomas, doesn’t make them any less of a fan though.
Random,It’s so called football fans like you who have ruined football for many by paying to watch football on TV. Ironawe has explained nicely in his post and I concur.
I want my managerial style to be a cross of Clough, Keegan and Adkins, and will leave the coaching to someone else he will also pick the team ,edging towards NI as chief scout at the moment he seems knows who we don’t want I hope he knows who we do want (budget permitting), shall you be applying for anything Ironawe? Swanny pays good and will be a nice top up to your pension you’ll be receiving in July.
Thanks for being considered as manager, let’s face it I couldn’t do a worse job than Cox or McCall. My first call will be to withdraw from playing until fans are allowed back in the grounds,I have a duty of care to my players and their families and will not put them at risk. While having this time I will be getting rid of the services of Cox Lillis mussie and Wilcox, I will bring my own team in who I will recruit from Bru the football knowledge on here should see us alright.
Of course I will still be thanking him NI who else would we thank, is somebody else funding the club that we don’t know about?.
Not paying me anything WG,far from it he’s not had any money from me since the cods game in early march though he is paying for most things at scunny. Thank you Peter for keeping our club going not forgetting the season ticket holders as well for contributing, maybe others might be more appreciative. But then again hell hath not frozen over.
If only he could play that team cass.
Actually Swann is spending a fortune,Kings Lynn estimate they need £400,000 for the remaining part of the season, so imagine Swanny needs to spend more,if it’s small change to you WG you should make a bid for the club.
Angus Davidson always had a lit fag ready as he came off at half time, Pete Markham another from the Crosby area what with Rick Green and Mick Atkin a lot of talent from the area round that era.
Stop digging that hole Ironawe, your just as embarrassing as Keegan was with his rant, gave everybody a good laugh though at the time.
Oh Charlie, you couldn’t even be bothered to look up your reply on the Boooooooooo thread “CANT SEE ME ATTENDING GLANFORD PARK AGAIN”. What an idiot you are, you can’t even remember what you wrote,I don’t have a problem with reading after all do I?.Nice to see a couple of Muppets supporting you guess they didn’t read the thread either. Feel free to apologize when your ready. Then jog on.
Bloody hell ferrite, Wilcox and McCall?
Plenty of new young fans coming to support utd, simple enough for you. Under the thread Booooooooooo, “Can’t see me attending Glanford park again” your words not mine j charles,so yes just jog on.
Plenty of young UN’s coming through j charles. Noggers bus used to be a saga crew bus but of late numerous youths are now travelling, though to the dismay of some on the bus. If you don’t want to go anymore just jog on,but don’t make out there’s no new fans coming through.
Would you be prepared to sell the club to the fans?
January 16, 2021 at 6:07 pm in reply to: At what point do we consider the chairman is the problem? #201050My my, alot of fans were more than happy to have Cox as manager, and then advocating Swanny go get Lillis to make the dream team, Walter. You wanted Swanny to let Cox do it his way,is this still what your advocating?.
Having read all the comments up to now doesn’t sound very good, but on the positive side we only lost a point to most sides.
Cox only said he would play attacking football didn’t promise,he sucked us all in though.
January 16, 2021 at 1:24 pm in reply to: I wonder what Bradford fans will be spouting tonight #200957You don’t think they got it called off due to Crawley flying at the moment do you?,having not lost since nov24th, Nah surely not, not the same as sheff utd did with us, they on a poor run only getting 4 points from 6 games while we were buzzing, you may think I am bitter, but far from it, with great pride I look back and think a mighty club like sheff u were scared to play little old us.
January 16, 2021 at 10:41 am in reply to: At what point do we consider the manager is the problem? #200949Completely agree he isn’t learning from his mistakes said before it’s just his ego, like many other managers. I was just pointing out that he has the experience and knowledge, but I would hope he starts to use it.

January 16, 2021 at 10:23 am in reply to: I wonder what Bradford fans will be spouting tonight #200947Your wrong there Mick, the pitch isn’t frozen it is perfectly playable, ref called it off due to snow and ice in surrounding area, similar to when Sheffield utd called their game off with us that time. Wait, oh no it wasn’t fans were allowed in that day, beggars belief really it’s not as if motorways are shut or the weather forecasts more snow or ice it’s a mild day all round.

January 15, 2021 at 1:47 pm in reply to: At what point do we consider the manager is the problem? #200920Neil Cox , over 500 lge games to his name, manager and assistant for 10 years, over 30 years in the game, what more experience or knowledge of the game do you want WG? Also please bare in mind Adkins and Wilcox our rookie managers achieved some success.
