Oh, hello!
We’re back on character assassination again are we?
Suppose we’ve had a few weeks respite!

The fact that when Boyce is in the match day squad Chapman never features would suggest that Jimmy rates Boyce a better replacement keeper than him.
Anyone know if loan players are allowed to play against there parent club in the NLN – or does it depend on the individual arrangements with each player?
Arrrgh! The thought of facing Southport with both Carver and Bennett up front.
We’ll get mullered!
Mostly kids and innocents”I support Israel”
Keep cheering them on boys,I like a good war crimeWhy do you support anyone? It’s not a football match!

He’s got no crusade to wage against Michelle and her team.
If we play like a cock-horse I’ll be cross!

The teams around us, ie Tamworth, Shields, and Spennymoor. Well we’ve beaten all three.
Can’t do any more than that!

Aye! I reckon there’ll be quite a few few of us expressing our “lifestyle choices” at the next General Election.
NI, or anyone else up there, what’s the likelihood of the game being on.
If it’s in doubt then it can only be down to standing water.
Yesterday’s storm didn’t affect the NE much, and it’s dry and sunny here this morning.
A bit of ground maintenance today and it should be okay. No rain forecast overnight either so if it’s playable at 17:00 it’ll be on.

Second favourites (13/8) behind Tamworth (6/4) to piss the league now!
That’s what you get at NLN level!
Don’t forget our “spot on” home form included a 0-3 defeat to Buxton.
Our performances to date have been like a bag of Revels!

We all know what encourages people to come along regularly, and playing at National League North level doesn’t!
Winning 6-0 & 6-1 may be a lever but that’s not going to happen every game.
Classic Catch 22. We need to be higher up the FL Pyramid to get the crowds but to get there we need better attendance now!

Agreed! I’d keep and play him alongside Whitehall.
That means Carver can go to Southport on a permanent and we can afford to lose Elliott or Bennett.
Once we get Beestin and Roberts fit you could argue that we could manage without either.
Someone persuaded Tony Mowbray to go to Sunderland!

When we go on a bad run feel free to start a thread titled “Rusting Iron”!
Reckon you need to get Danny Whitehall the first one!

Probably grab a swift one in the Spartans clubhouse. Will be on a quick turnaround as my son is in work that night and have get back for the Fireworks at 7pm!
We’ll be shoehorned in behind the goal at the end opposite the clubhouse. It could be quite snug!
Good fish & chips down near the harbour if you’re making a day of it.

Got to agree with Ferrite on this one.
Don’t know about the Blue Bell but in my experience it’s a lottery as to whether(spoons) you get a drinkable pint or a glass of flat vinegar!
On a similar theme. My daughter (now in her 30s) was always surprised when her “aged” parents knew the lyrics to a recently released song!
Latest example was when we knew all the words to “Fast Car”, done recently by Luke Combs.
The number of 80s songs that have been reworked is quite staggering!
Always remembering that this is full-time squad. Many in the league aren’t!
Good to see the injured players making a comeback, but with games every Saturday and Tuesday for the next couple of weeks the coaches are going to have to manage things carefully.
Oh ye of little faith!

Will the Just Stop Oil lot be bringing their orange paint along!
You know, it’s not the football league any more, most of us just pay on the gate….
Yes, this is one to bear in mind. We’ve always been able to pay on the gate at Spennymoor, Blyth, the Heed or wherever.
In fact I can’t decide whether to pre-order tickets for Blyth or wait till we get there!
Any club at this level turning away punters because they haven’t got tickets in advance is cutting it’s own throat!
according to some reports, a few players are not puuting a lot of effort into their performances.
The way the players celebrated after the Brackley win would suggest otherwise
We’ve actually got four strikers.
One is on loan at Southport!
Dean said he doesn’t want to come back as he wanted to be back down south so he’s as good as gone.
He’s at Southport, not Southend!
Unless Lancashire is south of Lincolnshire?

They only traveled there for the Bethlehem v Nazareth fixture on Boxing Day! ⚽️
