I forgot about Murphy and Evans , despite being injury prone Gills remains my favourite goalie .. he was dam solid n a great shot stopper blocker.

All.great keepers need a decent defence with positional.awareness i like a voca keeper ..alas in short supply in recent seasons

Thanks Peter … Happy New Year to you too … this sad tale just gets worse and worse , with more facts coming forward tying to dates when only negative things happened at the club it all drops into place , yet this evil selfish asswipe just kept spewing BS lie after lie..

Unless a takeover happens and quick this will surely mean extinction for our club thanks to one man and his greed.

Pleasing to see Wlison Shrimpton and co now starting to show promise ..alas the longer the stale fart that is Peter Swan lingers more chance they will.be sold to pay bills and wages.
The table and results never lie .. Scunny are rock.bottom.for a few reasons , a crap.keeper and piss poor defence among the list , the notion theres been improvement and we will do a Houdini n escape another relegation is IMO folly , might pick.up.the odd draw but soory to say a winning streak the like of which we need is fantasy.
Takeover or not SUFC are doomed this seasonobe can only hope we avoid admin.or Liquidation

yes not a great time to come up against one of the NL top clubs .. saying that just when would be a good time ?? ..also fearing the worst and im going with 1-2 then 3-0 to Chesterfield in the latter fixture…so a 5-1 agg keeping us rooted to the bottom on the league for the forseeable future.

i thought it was a pretty even game .. i had a wager on 3-2 to France after extra time and when we got that second pen i thought it was coming home..my winnings i mean .. ref was terrible made way too many bad calls… French deserved their win as took the goals well and for all England playing well also couldnt covert any in play chances.

Its coming home ..the team that is.

One last thing .. anyone think Southgate should / may step down ?? if so who next ?? seems the players ove him n pressing for him to stay , a bit too negative for me and some of his selections and tactics are Hillesk.

Great result after a poor opening half hour in which Senegal should have nicked agoal ..
