im firmly of the opinion now that Hill is full of shit and comes out with the same post match BS week after week.. totally unfathomable selections and signings … imo hes not all hes cracked up to be re “”experienced” manager and has just wobbled from one game to the next.

Time to go … hes worse than Cox there i said it !! ,,unbelievable but true.

I hope to see experienced signings –

    1 GK
    2 CB
    2 CM
    2 CF

That would give a squad of 25 with 3 of those under contract to leave if possible.

Thats stuff what dreams are are made of … great theory but simply wont happen under the current watch.

Think this season was bad .. unless new owners and manager are found im predicting the next to be worse.

i was happy to see KH come here .. gave him time as he did inherit a crock of shite from Cox .. alas times up and his so called experience and footballing nous have been missing in action with constant strange team selections and signings culminating in total and utter embarassment today.

bye bye the the EFL and so it should be to Keith …thanks …for nothing.

Gotta feel for the Cobblers fans a tad this morning … for Scunny to ship 7 with such a young inexperienced line up may arouse the attentions of the FA and an investigation..

Could Northampton put in a claim maybe a points deduction next season ???

A fitting end to the season and sums up just how pathetic the club has become.

To field such an inexperienced side shows no respect to the name of the Club, the opposition, the remaining teams in the division where our game could impact on their final position AND OUR TRAVELLING FANS.

Nail hit squarely on the head. Well said.

YES agree totally .. another week another mish mass line up from KH ..in such a big game so disrepectful and UN PROFESSIONAL. KH you need to join Swann on the first train out of town..

    A DISGRACE !!

    A. The Chairman
    B. The Manager
    C. The Players
    Press your button NOW!!

Can i press all ABC at the same time ?? .. a combination ov all has led us to this clusterfook.

Swann is a total dreamer.his business acumen re running SUFC has shown just how much he cared , hes raped our club and calling him stupid isnt really accurate as i believe he has slowly but surely taken over the clubs assets thus protecting himself when admin or liquidation time arrives.. IMO he has systematically planned this over the last 2 seasons and sadly it has come to this ..SUFC playing their last football League home game later today.

Shameful .. but i bet he still sleeps soundly without caring one jot re his failings and what total clusterfook they have turned a once small solvent well operated football club into.

Its National Labour day here tomorrow and planned a wake along with a Sunday roast at my local eatery ..

Sad n dark days …praying we avoid being wound up and we will be back in the EFL but cant see it happening too rapidly with the current set up and employees.

Claret n blue all way through .. Scunny til i die

    Codheads.

wow that would be fun … im sure the local Bobbies would love that.

with the level of interest n support at an all time low they could play home games on a roped off Gunness playing field… mobile burger van and a bog and bingo its a go !!

possible ground share at Donnys Keepmoat ????

A REALIST here predicting further doom n gloom .. the club will do well to avoid admin or liquidation and survive only AT BEST as a mid table also ran in the NL…or god forbid drop even lower

Very sad but a true an accurate reflection of how i see things panning out if no new rich enthused owner is found.

I’m worried that we will continue to drop down into NLN, as there is almost certainly not going to be any money to spend on, at least half decent new players.

I did trust Swann for the first few years. But the recent asset stripping, plus the neglect of our team and our ground, (we haven’t even got a working scoreboard damnit), is hardly what I would call inspiring.

I really do fear for for the future, and hope that it doesn’t unravel in the next two or three seasons.

Yep pretty much spot on … now got used to the fact of NL and its woes but the thought and worry of a further drop is both shocking and sadly a very real possibility depending what does or doesnt happen re the clubs ownership and any subsequent investment etc.

They are a disgrace and need to go NOW.

Hills team selection against Orient was utter gash … as it has been on numerous other occasions.

Only he seems to know WTF hes doing and why .. his after match (defeat) ramblings are so tedious also.

We need a Shaun Dyche type character

And so it came to be.

    Predictions for season 2022-23?

Will be a real struggle …finishing 16th to 19th …sounds daft but i would take that if no new owners come in and invest.

new owners start from scratch .. keep a few promising youngsters but get rid of the whole lot of this current group of , has beens , miss fits and lazy blood suckers …including Hill ..i also do not trust him to build a squad going on what he HAS NOT achieved since taking over ..harsh but true

NEW BROOM SWEEPS CLEAN .. im praying for new rich enthused owners to get the club back on track in the next 2 or 3 seasons .. it wont happen next season or the season after … if the team stays as is expect to drop out the NL this time next year.

regardless what level they play at least be competitive … i shall for ever remain claret n blue all way thru..

    Sad sad day indeed

Will you all just feck off with your political bollocks. Depressing enough that it’s a match day tomorrow.

Yes agree an accurate and most eloquent statement .. politics n footy should not collide IMO though the behaviour in the Houses Of Parliament do often mirror those in the Man City Athletico Madrid CL fixture tother day.

Back on topic .. i reckon if a simple YES/NO answer poll was taken Hill to stay it would be split right down the middle.. a few weeks ago i was a defo YES …alas now im a not.

Sharp and Maza .. great double act , get them in cant be any worse than Swann. Twill be interesting to see how the ground ownership is factored into any purchase ..lets just say we dont need Swann to be the landlord and paying him rent… 100% clean break new owners owning everything , new manager squad .. PROPER STRUCTURED INVESTMENT TOTAL REVAMP RE SET call it what you want… then in 3 to 5 seasons we MAY stand a chance of some success.

Even though i do have a black sheep relative living in a tin shed in Grimesby i really dont like codneads .. they smell, most have a limp and, going by their most prominent YT vloggers they never completed full time education and need to go on a diet thats does not include Coke, Chips and Lard butties ..

On the footballing front i would hate them to get a sneaky promotion via the NL playoffs that would really make my piss boil.

Disclaimer ..tho its the truth no offence was intended when writing this post and i apologize if any Cods broke into a sweat when reading it prior to their weekly counciling session and collecting their benefits…maybe a stroll down Cleggy prom will blow away any angst.

Back on topic .. im starting to swing ..no no not that way , is Hill the right man for the job .. pushed to offer either a straight YES or NO ..it would be a NO from me…purely on what he hasnt achieved and the way he sucks up to Swann.

You know a lot about goalkeepers Pat specialist subject is it, “Howard has been shocking” was one of your posts.Mmmm.

Howard playing very well at Carlisle ..mate tells me they are desperate to keep him yet he left us under what ever circumstances , thats leads us nicely onto the departure of Hippo and Manny who are also playing superb at Stockport n DnR …oh Loft at Bristol who isnt and still has a face like a slapped arse..

I think Watson will be on his toes come the end of the season, not fussed as a whole new squad will be playing in the NL , mostly youngsters im guessing ..

Back to keepers have to say i rated O Hara the emergency keeper very highly..

50 hit with ease and no sign of a win or a goal being scored (not including penalties and own goals) i reckon at best maybe scrapping a sad 0-0 , finishing on -60 is a real possibility.

I read what Lee Turnbull had to say re new owners in his “breaking the silence” interview and as usual left me with little hope or confidence in any new people buying the club .. similar rhetoric to what weve been hearing from Swann over the years … is he just Swanns puppet rent boy ..of course he is .. Add Hill to that genre too.

I too fear for us in the NL .. been following it more since resigned to relegation weeks ago and its a lot harder then i previously thought .. we may fall out the other end of that if things dont change re investment both on and off the pitch.

    sad times

Total DISGRACE .. WTF is Hill thinking of ?? selection was awful and i cant think of any player worth a half decent mention fookin rubbish ..put us out of our misery .. relegation confirmed n then see how it goes .. im betting on admin so then at least we cant get any lower..can we ??

If any protest occurs the 72 minute mass walk out against Mansfield town is IMO the best option ..

IMO ..We could be in for a real pasting againsnt Mansfield.

Not that it would really change anything just sending a message which in reality will fall on deaf ears as Swann doesnt give a toss.

Our club is fooked until he leaves totally and we have new owners .. recent events re him “stepping down” mean nothing its like hes just washing his hands of the responsibility whilst still owning and controlling things until the time is right to allow the club to fold ..its a distancing tactic for sure.

What are any new prospective buyers gonna think when its … yes its ONLY XXXXX million pounds for this great little sustainable club with great potential …OH BTW the real estate and ground are not included.

well done to the guys winning the Lincs cup. aand at the same time scoring 2 goals in a a game for what seems like months… Oldham away i think ??

I was happy when Hill came in but alas for what ever reasons been a massive let down and this building for the future tag is very tedious !! …the future is mid table NL or even lower level league for the next decade.

Im still predicting he will pushed or not jump ship sooner rather than later…and whose to say its for the betterment of the club ..his record is woeful no hiding the facts and stats

i read with glee Swann steps down … only to have the happy rug pulled from under my feet when realizing both before and more so after his announcement that nothing has changed and its just more bullshit from the man .. he spews total bollocks and must think fans are all daft if they believe this crap.. the guy is a parasite that has destroyed a once great little football club and now he is first in the life boat before the women n kids.

What a total shambles and disgrace SUFC have become under his watch.

Regardless of recent events i still think a 72 minute walk out against Mansfield is an excellent idea.. IF ALL are on board…

Im used to the Idea of NL football next season im over relegation we deserve it , Hill remains a massive let down but i am more concerned about the actual ownership / boardroom events currently on going and the actual survival of the club than SUFC could easily go out of business totally if things dont change and anew owner is found.

The new manager bounce was managing a 0-0 draw if i recall correctly .. IMO Hill has been a massive disappointment and i would not be surprised to see him leave at any time before next seasons National League adventure starts.

Goals win games and this current ensemble mish mash cobbled together from the left overs from a very poor Cox group and a bottom of the barrel January intake have sealed our fate… being constantly out played possession wise and shots on goal both home and away isnt fun to watch and im not sure we will see Scunny win another game in the league ,,,or maybe even score another goal.

Back to Hill .. hes been here before ..just another job , stepping stone he doesnt have any love for the club and seems unfazed at its demise mirroring Swanns vibe.

A 72 minute mass walk out is a great idea
