May have read it wrong but apparently Awaywego can’t wait to see Pat again and pull his pork.
May your sausage and burger fayre be ever sprinkled in the finest white powder, happy sniffing.
Clarke was a former goal scorer at Wembley with Leeds back in the day but Duncan took Chesterfield to the FA cup semi final as manager. Duncan built the team Clarke took up but he flattered to deceive after that, Duncan for me all day long.
He could move them to Ilkeston, well it’s not like he hasn’t tried it before.
Some fans spit their dummies out when things dont go the way they think it should, entirely understandable it happens at all clubs and all fanbases, they will all calm down eventually and enjoy the summer sun and a few weeks off from all the hustle and bustle of the beautiful game, then come back all recharged and buzzing for next season. Was it ever thus.
More lke the finest Colombian coffee sprinkled on top with that fine Colombian white powder him and his criminal friend seem to enjoy.
Thought Patrick might be explaining where DH gets his money from these days, is it by important high quality Colombian sausage and burgers and selling them on the streets through a local catering colossus?

Ah yes of course, a young player wanting to get on in the game has ” lost interest” in helping a team he’s playing for get promoted and have that on his CV, yeah ok Rene, whatever.
He started at Kings Lynn and I think the general view is at the moment he is more effective as an impact sub, I go along with that, the threat of him running at tiring defenders in the last twenty five minutes or so has been very entertaining to watch and has brought more goals. Unless through injury he has to start I would make him sub right through all our remaining fixtures this season.
question
Do loan players return to their parent club after the final game of the regular season or can they play in the play offs thinking of FaderaAfter his last two performances I’d hope he’s already on his way back to his parent club.
Rene you do realise your post about Mo now qualifies you for nomination in The Last Legs Dick of the Year awards on Channel 4, lol. Mo is a young upcoming player who has been a breath of fresh air in our squad since joining on loan from York but he is young and is allowed the odd duff game, its part of his experoencing building, you know that.

April 23, 2025 at 3:37 pm in reply to: Calum Roberts and boardroom news from Michelle’s BBC chat #303215He’d be great in league 2 IMO maybe the Cods can afford him after they get beat in the playoffs.
Either way I have a feeling it will involve a world class plastic pitch.
…and a catering colossus moping up the extra burger trade on match day. Hope Ilkeston A&E know what’s about to hit them sometime next season.
‘it was all the cricket club’s fault! Just 20 miles down the road however…’
I’m sure a ransom strip can be found somewhere.
Sounds like a ransom statement never mind a ransom strip, invested £200,000 already but couldn’t pay players wages at Scunny, how does he do it? Is a shipment arriving from Colombia or something?

Hi – the 3 points deduction made no difference as we were already down.
However a few months ago there was a EGM for passing 75% of the club to private hands also a number of safe guards to protect the club. This was voted in by the season ticket holders (current owner as members club).
However we all got a e mail on Sunday saying deal is off its either pass 100% over or he walks and the board have say the fans will have to sort out a new board if we don’t vote yes !!! We gone until Friday to decide.
You do know about his previous don’t you? Come on wake up you and your fellow Mtfc fans and use your brains FFS.
I wonder if Turkish Delight ever tasted so bitter, lol.
Well Mr Butler got his contract extension in October 2024, but can imagine there are clauses where termination could occur.
Will they contact Arnie to do the deed?
No one just Snot up to us old games.
How could anyone trust someone who said in one breath I’ve never been to Turkey and yet in another post saying he’d worked in Turkey.
Just because he owns a long kelme coaches coat doesn’t make him an employee.
Liar liar pants on fire.I heard he once went to a Lincolnshire turkey farm to get his Xmas dinner and came back with a chicken.

Remember we don’t actually have to win the games penalties will do.
Butlers if you don’t concede brings an all new light to the matter, dare he!
We had enough of that bollox with Mr Itchy and Scratchy last season, must win game against Boston in front of 8000 plus fans at home and he goes sub keeper on the bench and play one up front, what an absolute DICK.
Thought the headline referred to him being back in jail holding onto the bars screaming ” innocent” again.
If we are losing 64 grand a month how could we afford Billy Sharp? Wonder which person in the club revealed this supposed ” nugget “?
At the end of the day we’ve drawn too many games
You say that, but I’d argue the last three away games (all 1-0 defeats) was where it was lost.
Fair point Brandon, if we’d drawn those last three away defeats we’d be still one point clear with our fate in our own hands. Overall though it’s too many draws over the season that has cost us ” walking ” the league and the budget and fanbase points won’t go away, we should have walked it last season because of the same advantages we have over the other teams in the division.
At the end of the day we’ve drawn too many games
This, 12 draws for a team aiming to be champions is rubbish, too much safety first in the first part of the season when we should have been at people’s throats. Lose 5 of those draws and the 5 points, win those 5 games add the 15 points leaves us on 94 points before we kicked off today, job done at a canter. Just not good enough from the team with the biggest budget and fanbase in the division.

Well it’s gonna be a heck of a rise particularly as the club are encouraging fans to pay up early for next season to get the same price as last. Think the reality is we are going to have to put up with a much reduced player wage bill for next season meaning less better players than now. 64 grand a month loss has to be whittled down somehow so it’s pretty obvious what’s going to get cut to try and address this serious issue which will massively effect our future as a football club.
RB Beck was signed on an 18 month deal not a 2 year deal, after next season he’s out of contract
Ah yes old ” mint sauce” Harry Lamb, bet les could tell a few stories about him, lol.
To be fair, I have been pretty impressed with many of the GKs I’ve seen in the NLN. Perhaps a majority.
I don’t think I’d want Campbell as Number One.What you want les and what your gonna get is probably a long way off, have we seen enough of Campbell to make a fair assesment of him?, I’m guessing the coaching staff will have a better idea than the rest on here .
Come on Patrick your better than this, oh wait your not your the jumped up little w****r you always were, please carry on while we all carry on laughing at you.
My one away day was Brackley and a free place on the team coach when my mate won two freebies in the monthly draw, quite enjoyed the day despite it being over 12 hours long, picking players up and dropping them off going home. I see they don’t have the free seats as a draw prize anymore, didn’t realise we had pissed them off that much on the coach, lol.

“Mr Righteous” there’s nothing righteous about knowing how to behave ,
What did he see your witness? Stop stalling with the bullpoop, if you don’t cough it’s just more 64 baloney and we’ve had plenty of that on here in the past to last several lifetime’s.
Best inform the club so they can announce it on the club website not all Iron fans who will be attending come on here, ta.
