Agree about the time difference mick, it was more that we will have had over a week off and if we get at them for most of the game physically they might tire later on. I’m guessing they will have strength in depth to their squad so maybe it won’t matter too much but technically they are much better then us as a team on Sunday’s showing. Fingers crossed

He played the first half against Wrexham on Sunday, got booked early and was subbed at half time due to a system change not an injury from what I could see. His injury record was poor with us but has he played a fair few games since leaving? not sure TBH. Wrexham looked impressive mind and I was hoping for some extra time to get them a bit more knackered, think we might be in for an arse kicking Wednesday, although the last twenty minutes could favour us with their quick turnaround and us being well rested.

SS I understand your frustration with the situation, the majority will probably feel the same but the big issue is money, you heard LT on the radio interview, there is no money for extra players, even though we need them, until the club is sold and new investment arrives. That should tell you all you need to know about a new manager arriving, it won’t be happening anytime soon, we have to deal with what we have and hope a miracle happens quick. ( just to clarify, I don’t believe in miracles )

TBF I don’t think the BBC is any different then the majority of the media be it left, right or centre when it comes to reporting on the royals, it’s the savvy thing to do when it comes to viewing figures or publication sales. Well Boyce did have two headers from corners and from decent positions could get neither on target. If we can’t get reasonably good chances on target then quite frankly we don’t deserve anything from a match. Very disappointing.
