Attendances
The last time the club’s average attendance exceeded 5,000 (5,548) was in season 2010-11; in the Championship. In the Championship! The mean of average attendances in the following 13 seasons is 3,857.
Our average home attendance this season is 3,850.
Our average home attendance last season was 4,204
So, we’re just a smidge over 350 per game down on last season.
Cost benefit analysis – what would we have to spend to get back to the ‘heady heights’ of the Chanpionship and an extra 1,691 (average) bums on seats each game?
You’d have to be insane to throw money at that equation!
Average attendance 2024/25: 4,399
Carlton could well make a name for himself in a fortnight he’s peaking at just the right time for this season’s finale.
Prophetic!
More of a Tinmine!
Let’s not get too carried away with yesterday as the meat and gravy is next week.Played well in parts yesterday. Went pretty narrow when Roberts got crocked which wasn’t so good.
A 4 meat carvery with all the trimmings and copious amounts of condiments served up.
How proficient is anyone in the first 6 months of a new job / profession?
NL & NLN/S… difficult leagues to gain promotion from due to 1+1
All four clubs promoted to the NL at the end of last season (2023/24) survived at that level (2024/25) and retain their status for season 2025/26.
Consolidation is probably the name of the game next season?
Back to you Stan.
Saw him for our U18s & Reserves a number of times.
Plenty of YouTube footage of his time at Celtic.
I was already aware of one nasty injury he sustained up there.
He was our youngest ever debutant until Hill pulled his version of Fergie’s Fledglings and usurped him by fielding the boy appropriately named Crib(b).
It’s in his blood – Dad & Uncles.
Celtic paid money for him.Arsenal and others were interested in him.
I hope he does come back and does well for us, re-igniting his career.
Good luck Joey.1 user thanked author for this post.
Are the predictions made on a week by week basis, monthly or for the full season up front? I’ve never taken part.
Probably an old pals gesture for him to be able to regain his fitness?
I think he’s probably better than NL and I’m sure Andy will get him fixed up at least one step up?Have Celtic released him?
The lad learned and did well in the end.
Let’s not forget, we could have very well ended up as a Phoenix club clogging it on Quibell Park.
A baptism of fire for Stan!
Well done lad.1 user thanked author for this post.
Bravo Stan!
Well done Danny Whitehall.
Dan & Carlton will do us proud next season.
With 2 goal scorers – you’ve always a chance.
CR10 has being prolific from his position this season.
A couple or 3 quality additions to the squad and we will be challenging next season.
Bin Beck. For a play off spot… not champions – I should have stated that in my morning post.
Well done to the all at SUFC.
Chester didn’t look great in it first half but very different second half.
Daft penalty by Evans to concede but he was immense today bar that. What was the attendance btw?
UTI
I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find the attendance. It’s not even on the OWS!
The attendance will be announced today.
Both clubs will have to send their match reports to the NL who will then archive the fixture and ratify the information. It’s because it’s a fixture ‘hosted’ by the NL (even though it was played at GP) and not one of the two clubs involved.
Well done Danny Whitehall.
Dan & Carlton will do us proud next season.

Bin Beck.Overall, RH did us proud this season.
Well done Ollie & Torps!Thankfully he listened and abandoned his mumpsimus formation.
Steep learning curve.
Got there in the end.
Stan’s the man for next season!Get Gone
Gone and got us out of that awful league. Well done Stan.
Fortress GP gives us the edge.
Iron 1-1 Seals without Roberts. Goes to pens.
Ok, so it didn’t go to pens.
STANd & delivered!
Bravo! Congratulations Stan!
For reference purposes:
6 wins, 2 draws since their defeat to us.
Scored 15, conceded 7 in those 8 games.They are on a roll.
We’ve won 5, lost 2 since defeating them. Scoring 14, conceding 4.
Fortress GP gives us the edge.
Iron 2-1 Seals if Whitehall & Roberts start.
Iron 1-1 Seals without Roberts. Goes to pens.
Iron 0-2 Seals without CR10 & Dan.
Or a ‘dodgy stick’?
Check you are still able to access the game – you may need a VPN.
Thought we’d already ‘moaned’ about that… lol.
Danny Whitehall after bagging the winning brace later today.
Parked a couple of buses?
@ home in 2025: scored 30, conceded 9 in 12 games.
3-1 could be on the cards again?
May 18th 1804 saw Napoleon Bonaparte declared Emperor of France.
Tomorrow, is it possible that a Butler could rise to the dizzy height of Emperor of Glanford Park?
How I see Whitehall
As tomorrow’s match winner; hopefully!
Lost 0-1 away today in the Alicante derby.
It’s looking as if we will probably finish 10th of 20.
Consolidation following last seasons promotion.
Job done.I could Internet Search it but then you wouldn’t know that I’ve not seen it or heard the result.
What was the score?
Cheers.Would no Roberts & no Whitehall = no chance?
None, one or both could potentially be missing.
