Mr Hardy has offered a “Fans Forum” should he gain control.

Peter Dennis Swann did the ‘FORUN’ promise and look how this is playing out !!

The stadium is bare – the result of the indifference that Mr Swann has continually shown to fans.

    Wont be the last either

You can sense sell the family jewels of the future. Raise the wages needed. How do you put a sell on clause in a contract where the receiving club may no longer exist !

This why the takeover has to happen before this could happen before the club is sold out even further.

I do hate it when you here our manager or players refer to opponents as ‘They are good at this . good at that and compete harder than us’ etc, etc

Stop setting up to deal with them. Start setting up for them to deal with US for goodness sake, Mr Nelson started as more attack than defence now his post matches say we trained to deal with everything they do !!

He did say our Club would be in a better position when he left than when he took over and also that he would give the stadium back at some point to our Club.

And the difference was Chamberlain believed he was told the truth whereas Mr Swann convinced fans he was telling the truth !

Aye – and Neville Chamberlain said ‘peace for our time’ – and he had a signed piece of paper to prove it!!

Turnbulls comment about the demonstration could wreck any potential deal is a joke.

Why would it, surely it would show that the fans fully support the club, how passionate they are.
And any new owner would want this enthusiasm.

Well the EGO uses solicitors letters like confetti so if they can use someone else to do their dirty work do not put it past them.

Lee has told me a few days ago he can’t make any statements about the winding up order or the sale of the club because any statements will come from Begbies Traynor, and the winding up order isn’t a problem at the moment, he said Southend have had 17 up to now.

What about the Transfer Embargo’s ? These were being answered by Michael Nelson before Begbies Traynor – he should be taking that pressure of the Manager.

The statement yet again blames the fans – the blame is solely the property of Peter Swann.

Dewhurst was cannon fodder in a plan set up by Will Swann and agreed to by those in charge.

Now we have a 1st yr pro as 1st choice and at the moment we have 2 1st year scholars as backups who are aged 17 and 18 !!

Then as an emergency Andrew Boyce has done it before [against Bristol City].

But Will Swann should be ashamed. He tried it the season before but the Coventry keeper got injured too early before they could get Rory Watson out !!

Unless your stubborn, but the positive thing is if Swanny don’t sell the liquidators will.

And Peter Dennis Swann keeps all the car parks. And the club goes out of the leagues !!!
Cynics would think this was a plan all along !

Prefer it if a Premiership Team bought him – even more money.

Another own goal by Scunthorpe United.

On saturday Simon Elliott in interview with Ollie Turner of Humberside said they would put a new offer in on Monday. So I assume that is what has just been turned down.

May I compliment Mr Peter Swann – a new 1st.

No previous Chairman has EVER been served with a WINDING UP ORDER. So congratulations.

Coming through the U18s he never stopped learning. Occasionally got caught out but listened to why it went wrong. One huge strong point is give him a specific job and he will do it 100%.

Tom Pugh is another and I have said before I would get Hornshaw back to make a midfield 3 that would make a huge difference.

Was a good interview by Simon. I think the reveal on Nuttall fee was an error but let us move on. He obviously has others in the background supporting this offer, but perhaps at the moment they do not want publicity.

But I am sure we will hear who they are over a period of time just commercially sensitive at this time. The EGO will be trying to get as much as possible as someone hinted his Blackpool Project may not be straighforward.

Maguire must be despised in some quarters but football needs him.

Good, we need the Kierans of this world. They can investigate extrapolate and expose.

NLN would not be possible if we were in Administration as it usually means you are insolvent and they will not allow any club in their league if they are.

So after that if no sale can or won’t be agreed then after that I think the only option would be Liquidation, although perhaps someone may actually know precisely the course of action.

Don’t worry about any other club other than SCUNTHORPE UNITED.

If they enter Administration extinction really is around the corner.

To any involved the fans will support them.

Just like the gates and catering, fans will help – just give them the chance. Not saying it will be easy but it can be achieved.

He has almost done for us if he remains in control for another month.
If he went for Administration then the points deduction will also ensure relegation to NLN.
He then has the ultimate weapon – Liquidation ! But not sure how he would win or lose going down that path.

Bit of a PR disaster this?

All controlled by the EGO. Good manners would surely lead to a JOINT STATEMENT. But not with the EGO – always trying to control the situation. Stopped believing one word or trusting him since 2015 !

Not sure we are in as precarious a position as wanted at this point only 5pts to 5th bottom and 23 games to go. A turnround is possible. The EGO doesn’t want new owners to succeed because it confirms his failure and he won’t have that.

Could be proved wrong and I sincerely wish the consortium can gain control quickly.
