It’s all very well giving the fans two choices (nice bit of line-baiting in the OP BTW) but isn’t this all a bit too late?
The damage has been done and even a record uptake of STs won’t repair it.
Swann has had choices too, and seemingly made the wrong one each time.

When people at the top do what the hell they want to it’s no surprise Joe Public thinks he can do the same.
And that’s not restricted to politics or religion.

I was going to watch us at Chester but got held up at Haltwhistle
That would be the six-fingered highwayman.
Halty has a lot in common with Summer Isle!

Reflection of what’s going on in society?
The previous nadir was during the 80s. Go figure!
Getting families to attend is great.
Giving them something to cheer one they’re in is where we struggle.

Oh, Cobblers!
Always next year!
Didn’t realise that Vose only played twice for you MK, he came as billed as a star signing for us.
Aye like Tyrone O’Neill when he came here!
are we actually after Almond
We can’t even afford an almond slice and a cup of tea!
Is that the Swann family?

Loanees coming into a team doing well, will themselves do well as they feed off the vibe.
Recently we have had loans arriving and expecting to perform in a squad bereft of morale and positivity.
Add to that the lower down the pyramid you are the poorer the players you’ll get and it’s no wonder we’ve not had any Jack Corks or Henri Lansburys lately!
He wanted to be the messiah.
But instead he’s just a very naughty boy!

Aye, and Good King Peter does the same with football clubs!
But then again we’ve been “disillusioned” with him for some time now.

We’ve displayed non-professional qualities for quite a while now.
The transition should be seamless.
Well there’s no games to “not attend” for the next three months!
So it solely down to the ownership and management to get on with sorting out the mess before we kick off in the National League.
If we ever do!

To be fair to supporters of other clubs coming on here (GTFC included), no one has been crowing.
Glad it was us not them perhaps, but I reckon the majority are all too aware of what can happen with the wrong people in charge.

Exactly the same choices as Swann then?
It would appear he’s chosen the latter.

The analogy has been used before – but if you get poor service and a lousy product – how long do you keep paying out good money for it?
Obviously UTI99 doesn’t appreciate this.
You have a favourite restaurant. You go one night and the food is disappointing, but you don’t stop going because you think it’s just a one-off blip.
The next time you go there’s fewer diners there. Even fewer the next time. Because the restaurant has lost income they buy in poorer quality ingredients. They can’t afford to maintain the building so it looks shabby, further putting off would be customers.
Who is ultimately responsible for this deterioration? The owner, the front of house manager, the chefs, the waiting staff?
One thing is for certain, it’s not the customers.
It is of course straightforward enough to go to another restaurant if this happens. However it is not as straightforward if it is the football club you have followed since you were a nipper.
This is the emotional blackmail club owners inflict on us fans. Swann has kept us hanging on empty promises ever since he arrived.
This is his legacy.

Aye, Huddersfield certainly got the dregs left at the bottom of the barrel when they signed him on transfer deadline day.
What’s got an IQ of 55,000?
St James Park on match day!

He was always in a sticky situation and as a result it’s no surprise his currant situation is now elsewhere.
Better offer from Chelsea?
Makes me wonder how unattractive the offer was
Was it to take over in the rabbit outfit?

Probably all vegans!
Although that hasn’t done Forest Green any harm.
I wonder what form the training takes?
Fitness/stamina training? Well certainly not under Cox!
Defending set pieces? Doesn’t seem likely!
Shooting practice? You’re having a laugh!
Passing? Well obviously not to teammates!
So given what the subs get up to at halftime it’s probably keepy-ups. Very useful in the midst of a relegation dogfight!

Especially this season!
Yes, middle of the notorious Bigg Market.
Although it’s being gentrified (again) at the moment.
The Schooner Inn between the stadium and the river is a good pub for a pre match bevy.

Bloody Cod ‘Ed!
So do I. Closer to me than Halifax!
His last sentence hasn’t come to fruition yet!
Isn’t that similar to what we did last summer?
