Whitehouse has been bossing the midfield for Chester, and scored again yesterday. If he’s feeling the love at the Deva and Chester go up, then I wouldn’t blame him for wanting to stay there on a permanent.

Failing that we need to keep Butterfield. Certainly don’t want a crèche for a midfield!

Considering how crap we were against all 23 this season it’s perhaps no bad thing.

Oxford City (if they lose in the playoffs) or Hemel Hempstead Town could well be moved from NLS to NLN to compensate.
