Whats the forums members opinion upon the unlikely event of promotion rather worryingly will he / should he offered a new or extended contract.

Without doubt the late winner to beat a nasty Alfreton side was deserved on the second half performance and has eased pressure on JD and the board.

Football and its fans are so fickle situations can change in such a short space of time and this result may not only put the pressure on Tamworth but act as a much needed confidence boost ..so long as we dont loose to Chester next week.

Much better second half and well chuffed Alfreton time wasting especially by their keeper came back to bite them on the bum.. Terrible to listen to and the ref sounded the worst so far this season with some really strange decisions even for this level.

MASSIVE WIN and hopefully can act as a confidence boost n spring board for a winning run.

HR commentary for the most part is pretty crap with a couple of sub standard commentators all to often battling Tech issues dropping out to Grimsby or Hull .. they cant even start the broadcast early enough for the kick off let alone team news n starting line ups.even though its stated the service commences at 2-55 pm / 9-55 pm in my location…

So why in the future is is likely there will not be HR coverage ?

Thats hitting the nail on the head .. no one likes to follow a loosing team but the fact it appears some of the players dont care and offer little fight and pride in their chosen profession most certainly riles fan as they are not going to spend hard earned cash on such a wasted exercise.

After a brief spell of positivity early season on the field and getting GP sorted the roller coaster ride at SUFC trunddles on !! and after all the hard work by Michelle and co its sad its going so badly wrong on the pitch now. Im sure some issue will come to light as to just why the players arent playing for JD …time will tell.

Its clear under whatever circumstances JD has lost the dressing room and some appear just not to give a toss..

Att sub 3k and a tense toxic atmos.

Cant see you getting more than a single point from the next two fixtures (Alf n Chester) which will pile the pressure on JD and the board to act.

On current form at least half the teams in this terrible league are better than us .. HMS piss the league once full steam ahead then floudering on the rocks and now is a ship wreck with our players failing miserably in front of goal and more worryingly some looking totally disinterested.

Im firmly in the not fussed camp as the way things are panning out more or less resigned to another season in NLN.. Tamworth are pretty much odds on for the title and regardless where we finish in the play off spots i just cant see us raising a decent performance to beat the likes of an in form Chester , Brackley etc etc..

Oh by the way lets wear the green third kit away from home now had zero luck in the nasty white apparel to date.

Week in week out HR is total gash … tho i must admit listening to John Tondeur bemoaning the Cods getting another tonking 5-1 at home perked me up ..even if it was Donny that administered the whipping ..
