Rather worrying that we were 1800 down on home fans after Tuesday night, obviously the current gash being served up will not pass the home fans acid test of better entertainment required. Sembie-Ferris deserved MOTM.

Spot on Awaywego we were lucky and only scored the first goal because they were down to ten men, then only scored the second because they finished with nine. Sembie-Ferris aside the majority were gash, several players displaying appalling first touches of a football for professionals, lacking basic foot skills and any intelligent game craft whatsoever. This has got to change, has JD lost the dressing room?, is it just a massive lack of confidence issue?, whatever the reason we were extremely fortunate today and only the ref provided any comedy relief, what a complete plonker he was but then again he was consistently bad for both teams. Bad officials and bad football have been the hallmark of the New Year so far at The Attis Arena, it has to stop and it has to stop now Jimmy.

Wasn’t he off work when we were scoring for fun?

As above, JD’s discomfort giving interviews has been mentioned before and his nervous fidgeting is nothing new, the guy is under pressure after Tuesday night but let’s not make out it’s anymore than that, the interview was very similar in style to most he has given this season. We need a win that is obvious and we should just get behind the team as usual on matchday and hope JD and the players have got the Tamworth game out of their system . UTI.

You only get 5 subs. You need a keeper and at least 1 defender. So who are leaving off the bench out of Whitehall/Elliott, Sembie-Ferris/Beestin, Pugh, Law/Wilson?

You don’t need a keeper on the bench with only five subs when you have a decent stand in keeper with Boyce who can fulfill both roles as outfield player and keeper even if he starts. We need five outfield players as subs always IMO with the luxury of Boyce in the squad.

Didn’t we beat them comfortably 3-0 at their place earlier this season?, mind you we beat Tamworth at their place and look how that worked out. If we don’t beat this lot on Saturday then something is going wrong and needs sorting.

I believe in the tennis world that would be classed as game, set and match to TJO.

I am sure he had separate ones to matchday ones and I can’t find them

What difference does that make in his ability to remove them if he wishes?, all his videos I’ve viewed on his Iron World channel.

Can you remove videos from your own channel when you want?, I don’t know, if it’s your own content I’m guessing you can and if so maybe that’s why they aren’t there now.

Biggest crowd of the season with over 5000 Scunny fans in the ground and we play like that. The Tamworth fans singing ” 1-0 on your big day out ” was spot on, we were shite and they knew it. When he subbed Elliot ( stupid decision IMO ) for Kelly, JD was going for the ” hang on for a point routine” which just invites more pressure, saying that we flattered to deceive on a couple of breakaways that nearly paid off but in truth the tactics were poor last night and JD should know that. Sembie-Ferris to start on Saturday with Beestin on the bench, if not expect the same dross and possibly a gruelling 1-0 win, which I think Jimmy would take at this very moment. He’s under pressure but it’s entirely of his own making with tactics like last night

Have to agree with WG, I feel desperately sorry for Roberts who is absolute quality and he was just getting into his stride fitness wise after his last operation. I have to back up what I said earlier, we have to be sustainable and having a player, no matter how good, sat in the treatment room for two thirds of a season on that money is simply not viable for a club in our situation. Just hope the lad recovers quicker than a lot of people seem to think he will after this hamstring injury but look how long it took Beestin and he’s still not fully fit yet.

Also, I don’t know if anyone remembers a Paul Shepherd, who played for us in the 00-01 season, managing one appearance against Torquay. Well, it is briefly mentioned that he was caught as a drug pusher in this operation.

Actually I do remember him playing for us, apparently when they caught him he looked proper sheepish.

The Board have to put the club first for at least the next 2 years. Unless of course some benefactor steps forward, but as yet the euro is evading my grasp.

The board have to put the club first all the time in the future, we have been too close to oblivion due to idiots passing themselves off as businessmen who thought they knew what they were doing. Well maybe they did but it didn’t involve the best interests of the club or it’s fans, the club’s sustainability must always come first from now and always IMO. We shall just have to reign in our expectations until we can safely push on in a sustainable financial way.

The coverage of Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure was very similar TBF DM and he announced it twice remember.Yes it’s tedious but predictable because of the pulling power of that godamm awful cash cow the majority worship in this country. More NLN and less Premiership I say but then I’m biased.

Don’t blame Klopp one bit, but different to Woy who will be boxed up and in the oven whilst still trying to take training. Bloody stupid game football management, all the good managers should make their money early and go and enjoy the rest of their lives whilst they still can. Herr Klopp I salute you.

Actually I’m hoping the Iron can get back to the consistency of winning regular games and show the form again that made them favourites to win this league before a ball was kicked this season. If we bring our A game to the remaining fixtures then it shouldn’t matter what players Tamworth or the rest of them have.
