Yep best of luck Gareth, eight years is probably about right to be in charge, did not win either of his finals but leaves the England set up in its strongest position for years to kick on with a new manager in charge. No, good intelligence could lead to Israeli small hit squads operating in pockets of Gaza where the Hamas leaders would have been identified and taken out not mass bombing in civilian safe areas where you suspect leaders of Hamas may be hiding. England lost to a very good Spanish team tonight no disgrace in that, great strike from Palmer gave us hope but after an average first half from both teams Spain came out and deservedly won the second half after stepping things up. In truth we chased shadows for most of the game so no complaints from me but two Euros finals on the trot and no win is a bit hard to take.

Yes I heard Farage on the BBC this morning blaming a lot of main stream media for some of this political hatred spreading, unbelievable really the hypocrisy of the guy when you consider the stuff he comes out with but the majority will realise that Farage rather like Trump loves promoting himself and not the actual genuine picture of events. As for Trump well it was a terrible thing to happen and the actions of the gunman and the failure of the security services should be publicly condemned, TBH it’s a good job the young guy with the gun couldn’t shoot properly because with that rifle and a distance of only 130 metres Trump should really be dead by now, horrendous day for freedom and democracy, the hate speakers of the political world have a lot to answer for, be careful what you say in future publicly all you politicians, whatever your political persuasion.

Netherlands stifled the game second half which they had to TBF and they almost grabbed a goal a couple of times but fair play to Southgate, he got his subs absolutely spot on and Watkins goal with a Palmer assist was brilliant.
