It was a poor game between two poor teams today but although we are in poor form ATM there is still no excuse for your top striker to miss two free headers from 6 yards out. Not blaming Whitehall totally because he reflected the team as a whole today ( Roberts two bits of brilliance withstanding) but your star striker is someone you turn too to provide the difference in games like these and he couldn’t deliver. Hope Alfie recovers quickly because we need all options fit ASAP.

, someone who says they know George stated that new owners with bigger pockets would be needed

So typical he said she said nonsense from you with no evidence apart from say so. Why am I not surprised you buy into that one!

A year ago our club was almost dead thanks to Swan and Hilton, these new board members rescued our club from the brink and gave us hope for the future. The business model they have introduced since must be working or we would have gone bang by now so despite eveybody being perfectley entitled to their opinion, I think giving the new board time to complete the restructure and attempting to push us toward prolonged sustainability should be our greatest priority. They have appointed and since extended the contract of a fairly inexperienced young manager who has done very well so far but alongside him they have appointed and since extended the contract of a very experienced and well respected coach. This seems sensible and fair and must fall in line with the boards sustainability model or else why would they have done it?. Things always seem easily apparent when not closely involved with the fine details of running a football club and it’s survival, just keep backing them because if not we risk the fantastic unity created between club and supporters which is our biggest asset in our current situation. We all want success and nobody is disputing that but give them time and space to help make it all work, remember it’s having a club to support or being in a similar situation a year ago if they get things wrong by not being prudent.

Wonder how Stu can afford all them meals at the restaurant.

Perhaps he’s not a t*** with his money like some others are, anyway it’s his business where he eats and his business if he wants to report his findings on social media. TBH it’s not a big deal to most people.

Strange timing for a contract extension

Statement from Michelle to follow should explain, one year in charge, showing fans the way forward under the new board and how things are going to run?. Despite all our opinions on here the board have to run things how they see fit and in a way they consider is the best business model for the clubs survival going forward, as usual wait and see.

Bookies see it as a home banker:

    Iron 1/3
    Draw 18/5
    Hoops 13/2

That’s because bookies don’t read fans clubs forums then make their odds, that’s why there aren’t many poor bookies, it’s not rocket science, we are top they are second bottom 14 points behind.

I’m on Holiday, shame would have gone to that.
Watching any of Hilton’s Heroes in action would be fun.

Won’t be a Hilton hero in sight mate, isn’t his main fan still in jail?

The OSG wouldn’t have won any bathroom of the year awards either back in the day, flat caps and Bovril would know.

I’m sure Awaywego thinks he’s being entertaining on here with his Hilton love in but deep down he’ll know it’s pure and simple garbage he’s spouting .

Best stay away Awaywego,I’m sure making yourself look daft on here would be nothing like doing it in front of a live audience. Stick to your keyboard where you feel comfortable.

Good point Cliff, unfortunately egotism and narcissism aren’t part of the fit and proper test.

The more publicity about the current state of the beck the better, in the last five years it’s been allowed to deteriorate to the point where some areas of the bank are approaching collapse and trees on the sides are already falling into the water. It’s a real shame such a beautiful area which many enjoy is being allowed to fall into ruin.

Id have him back tomorrow, the grounds sorted for him, club debt free.
Doubt we would have seen the inaction we have over the last 3/4 weeks needing the squad strengthening. Better to try and fail than not to try at all.

You’re fishing, I’m sure. Not even an idiot would actually make a post like this and mean it.

He has previous and I don’t mean fishing either.

It’s only 2 Oct but you’ve won the prize for most idiotic post of the year, hands down. Collect your trophy from Mr A Nally at ITFC. Or the MTFC boardroom… possibly.

TBF to Awaywego he is very good at being an idiot, seems almost like a natural gift he has.

Not sure which is funnier, Awaywego’s interest in how long Stu spends in the club restaurant or his concern about standards.

    Yes
    Can’t score
    Can’t pass
    Can’t create enough chances
    Can’t defend
Can’t select a ‘to win’ strategy
    Can’t select a winning formation
    Can’t be arsed

Yet rather strangely despite all those things you point out Rene, still managed to get to the top of the league, how bizarre, must be a first in the history of football.

It changed from 721 to 713 earlier this year, 713 is where you now find RH sport commentaries on Freeview.

Having read the article on fanbanter about Liverpool and West ham fans protesting, and the Football supporters association coming out with much the same.i say to ‘My’ club
    “Stop exploiting loyalty”

If we were as financially viable due to mega bucks run premiership clubs then I may have agreed with you but we aren’t so stop making stupid comparisons. As for exploiting loyalty well if that’s how you see it then as many have said before , you aren’t duty bound to pay anymore than you want to.

Arseholes on one thread, cocks on another. Before you know it you’ll be eating the cats, eating the dogs…

Ha ha yeah that was particularly funny even by Trumps cognitive brain decline standards.

The sun was created three days after light was!

Think about it. Take all the time you need.

Was the light coming from God’s arseole for three days before he made the sun and gave it the job of illuminating our lives?
