Well what has he said for starters?, I have nothing to do with social media and the more I read stuff like this on the clubs website the more I’m pleased I dont. I don’t know there is always some crap kicking off somewhere between the club Chairman and certain supporters, it’s a pain in the butt and a complete distraction, whoever is to blame just bloody grow up.

Little bit over the top there Anderson, people dont have to wear masks only face coverings, i think its best you stay at home if your that paranoid.

That reminds me, if we get back into GP sometime next season it would be nice to hear a bit of Black Sabbath at half time.

Let’s be honest we have struggled for a good consistent keeper since Joe Murphy and he was helped tremendously by having an excellent team in front of him, which in itself must be a fantastic boost in helping a keeper with confidence and therefore consistency.

Does the Chairman see us and a lot more teams of our size being part-time or semi-pro within the next 18 months under these very tough financial Covid times?

I thought the questions were for PS to answer, not UTI99.

    Unless!!!

I believe UTI is on a two week break from bum licking duties, hence why he’s back on here redistributing the sh*** he has spent the last 50 weeks removing.

Don’t get me wrong I am chuffed to see Mark back in the Iron fold and I think his experience will be invaluable to Coxy but I’ve just seen his interview on the website and boy the years haven’t been kind. I’m surprised they didn’t keep him in the care home 😂😂😂. Welcome back Mark, just joshing.

That ” woooosh ” was a throw back to the John Bramhall days, now he was a proper ” woooosh “, McCombe was merely a pretender to John Bramhall’s throne when it came to ” wooooshing “.

Good point Josh but as regards the PFA let’s not forget the greedy little guy who runs it, is it really about the welfare of every member with a man like him in charge?

I would think somebody will post a ” Cox out ” thread pretty soon on here, it’s a mindset thing centred around being amusing I suppose.

It was coming due to the current situation smaller or rather lower league clubs find themselves in, now can we expect some more financial assistance to follow based on such a cap? I hope so for a lot of clubs futures, look it’s not ideal but with a package to follow it may save a lot of clubs going pop.

Bloody hell 29 years since he played for us, how time flies.

Was thinking the same Awaywego, another sign of us getting old young man 😂 No mention about length of contract, I presume it’s of the rolling variety?

No problem for me with Jordan re signing as I have always rated him as a very good player but the one year contract says it all really. I really hope the lad can go a season and stay fit but his past injury record would suggest he will find it another difficult period with the club. Just hope I’m wrong and he plays forty plus games in the next 12 months.

GP being sold to a developer for new housing and a leisure park, it will claw some of that 11 million quid back.

I’m reminded of the old Nexus Mariner thread from a few years back after our promotion to the Championship, ” Down by Christmas “, he visited Bru many times during that Championship season and posted some fantastic hilarious stuff which the majority of the board thoroughly enjoyed. How about ” Dead by Christmas ” for those rushing headlong into the brave new world without seemingly a care or a concern over the consequences? Just a thought.

The Iron Trust has raised the issue of whether the club has handled the season ticket refund well or not and has asked for feedback from members if they wish to comment. This was done on here earlier but it does seem the type of options used by other clubs has been received reasonably well by sections of their fanbases as has the Scunny option by some TBF. We all have different opinions on this but for me I don’t see myself investing in a season ticket next season and will pick and choose my games, if any, which I choose to attend depending on the rules applicable at the time. The club can keep my money from last season’s unused games and I personally don’t care about a different approach on a refund as it doesn’t interest me anyway. After turning 65 this summer I have entered the ” cheap zone ” when it comes to the entrance fee on match day so I’m quite chilled about it all. Next season will be my cheapest for a along time watching the Iron, if we are allowed to and if I indeed choose to.

You’ve always had a problem reading posts through properly and not absorbing content, I won’t be bothering explaining basic common sense to you anymore, you seem incapable of understanding basic logic. Either that or your intending to be clever with your response and as usual failing miserably.

come on mick, your in the 89th minute now keep playing till the end.

Yeah come on mick, just because your in a very vulnerable age group and you have underlying health issues and you may get a life threatening virus that is spreading over large parts of the world that will probably kill you in your age and condition if you catch it. Are you saying you won’t go to GP to watch Scunny because you might die? What’s the matter with you, aren’t you a real fan like pylon boy and…… Oh wait, could die, yeah good choice mick.

Managers don’t give a toss about fans and opinions, never have never will. The stuff they say about fans in radio bulletins and newspapers is just PR bull****, they will do it their way, their in charge and after all it’s just a job to them. Care about fans opinions? Your having a laugh.

Two years after the nation gets inoculated for corona virus I believe. 🤔

The government will still insist on social distancing, plus the problems surrounding toilets and food outlets. Look how Spain has gone after being shut down for the first initial period, as for the USA, complete joke the way that country is running it’s handling of the virus. This government does not care about football and will keep it shut down the first chance it gets if a sniff of a second wave arises and it will. We will need a lot of luck to watch any sort of season in the EFL come October.
