I would suggest mick has never thrown a flare or punched an opposition fan in the mouth during his time as an Iron fan, not all long time fans, including those at Chester back in the day were morons then or are idiots now but if the cap fits certain heads Awaywego…..
Replace youth with ” moron ” and crew with ” idiot ” and there lies the problem that has plagued our game for years. You can still chant, shout and sing in support for your team without turning into a flare throwing trouble making prat.

Difference is from a playing of football point of view we deserve to go down because of the way we play, Rochdale dont.
Don’t forget the squealing like a big girl.
Once heard a big girl squealing in a field, when I looked it was a sow with half a dozen piglets hanging off her tits.
Wet wipes Bobby, you little toilet blocker you. 💩😂
I walked through a group of these youths with hoodies up and wearing masks after the game near Costa Coffee, they were being told to shove off by the police. Thing is most of them only appear to be spotty little herberts barely wet behind the ears, not saying they can’t cause aggro when in a gang but how much is gang bravado and actual intent? If they were confronted in just ones and twos I’m guessing most would scarper back home to Mum.
You never said a word when it was only blokes running these shows on tv, where was your moral outrage then?
Was it studs up though?, not defending the ref just asking, down on the match live text as ” violent conduct “.
Watching it again on you tube ( I’m an East Stander so it’s was difficult from my angle of sight last night to see clearly ) it’s a very giveable decision. Gotta take it on the chin I’m afraid.
Good old Oggie!
…..oggie oggie oy oy oy.
It’s all ifs and buts though Ferrite TBF, we may have been 15 points adrift under Cox, who knows? Best not to beat yourself up too much about it mate, what’s done is done and Swann is and has always been since Alexander was sacked, the man to blame.

If the player was out of contract in May and had expressed an interest to leave and we could get a small fee now for him and Hill was happy to let him move on then what’s the problem? The point I am making is we don’t know all the circumstances regarding this decision and probably never will but if we get something for him now as opposed to nowt in May then for me that’s the correct thing to do. We are down anyway so just move on.

Thanks Rennee, have a look where Chesterfield are in the table, have a look where Dover are in the table. I rest my case.
We have enough hungry young players being blooded now and more in the background busting a gut to prove themselves including the ones out on loan. All very commendable wanting youth aplenty brought into the 1st team but you still need old heads in some number next season particularly down the spine of the side. There won’t be many teams in the next tier down just playing teams full of youngsters next season and nor should we, we have got to get the balance right just to stabilise things never mind push on for glory.

There’s also big ears he’s starting to get game time now.
Are you saying Big Ears may well get the Nod(ee) for next season?
No need to be offensive.
Simple joshing les, no offence intended.
McDougall was a flop at Man U as a striker, however his homemade bread and cakes were legendary for after match nibbles.
Oily fish is meant to be good for you and I’m sure most of the codheads are in good health as a result of oily fish. It’s the webbed fingers and toes they struggle with when doing up their shirt buttons or getting shoes to fit them. 😂🐟
March 13, 2022 at 5:00 pm in reply to: At what point do we consider the manager is the problem? #233492Most managers spout the same old rubbish cliches after a while because there are only a certain amount of things you can say to make the same point. Difference is that with a winning manager you add up all the cliches and turn them into something to laugh about, wheras with a manager struggling because of poor players and regular defeats as a result of that, you add them all up and use them as a stick to beat him with. Hill is a good manager struggling with poor players and injuries to boot, if some of you want to beat him over the head with his cliched phrases then that’s your choice but I believe it’s unnecessary.

More heroics yesterday, definitely did not deserve to be beaten three times but his defensive colleagues as per normal were missing when required. Several great saves but the double save second half was outstanding, thanks Rory you haven’t let us down this season lad 👏👏👏

I’m happily sat in the cooler, bouncing my baseball off the opposite wall and catching it in my mitt every time. Roll on summer.

Interested to hear what les thinks of today’s ref, for me one of the most incompetent displays of refereeing I have ever seen at Scunny and I’ve been going to watch the Iron since 1964. Complete buffoon IMO.

Man U became the darlings of the media after the awful Munich tragedy but it became an obsession when Liverpool were mopping up nearly every trophy in the seventies and eighties but the Mancs still received mega back page coverage in the press despite being bang average for most of that period. I think footy fans in general just got pissed off with the media fawning over Man U for no apparent reason other then them being one of the biggest club sides in world football based on past achievements and not current ones of the day.

Would there be a problem if Chelsea was just taken from its owner by the Government then the first billion pound bid from a British billionaire who is checked as suitable to be a football club owner is accepted? The money would then be passed by the Government to Ukraine to help it’s people and help towards repelling Putin’s forces. Sounds a bit ” gangsterjsh ” but it isn’t that quite appropriate seeing as it’s a Russian and Russia we are talking about?

Funny in as ” ha ha ” Ferrite or funny in as ” funny peculiar ” ?
Makes you glad that we have an owner like Swannsky.
If you remove the letter “s” you have a more appropriate title I believe.
