    Let’s go fly a kite
    The footies boring
    Up high into the skies
While our club just slowly dies
    Let’s all go
    Fly a kite.

With apologies to all fans of Mary Poppins.

There is nothing worrying about the remaining games, we were down months ago, it’s all about next season and we won’t know about that till the retained list, if any, comes out and new faces begin arriving. You are all overthinking things, give your brains a rest and chill out FFS, this season is done.

It’s a fact if we keep Hallam he will retain his three year record of being first name on the physio treatment table list every Monday morning.

Wilson always looks like he’s towing a caravan.

That’s Richard Wilson ( OFITG ) not Cameron Wilson, think you got a bit confused there

I’ve not seen nothing in Dean to make me believe he’s good enough.

If you’ve not seen nothing then surely you must have seen something. 🤔

If we were staying in NL I would want Wrexham promoting but because we aren’t I want the Welch bastards to fail, just saying.

Well I won’t question their parentage and not all the players will be Welsh ( I’m questioning your spelling Awaywego) but I would also like to see them stay down.

One thing we should have learned over the years is that good guys don’t always win, there is no good or bad in this propaganda bullshit world in which we live, it’s about winning and taking power to change things. Tories don’t want massive change of the system that has run our country for generations, yes there have been tweeks here and there but it’s basically still about the rich guys getting their way overall. If Tories end up with a load of bad intentioned press in the run up to the next election then so be it but deal in facts not sound bites, the facts on this are basically sound but Sunak has not been running the Tories for the last thirteen years but he’s running them now, so he should seek to change those facts being presented or expect some more arse kicking. Politics has never been pretty or fair but winning is the only way you get to change things and this country needs change, big time.

Well he’s not had chance for a full pre season with players he will undoubtedly want to bring in and he was being pretty successful with a team on a nothing budget and over achieving when he left them and joined us in a division we will be in next season. Hilton has said Dean will get his chance next season, he will have a budget bigger then he’s ever had and a good experienced coach in Nelson to get them firing in training. He will get a decent length of time but if we aren’t there or there abouts by Xmas then he may be in trouble but that will be Hilton’s decision not ours.

Based on the last three matches, and looking at the remaining four, when do you think we’ll score the next goal?

Could well be next season now Daz, no team playing us in our remaining games has to really win, so they can can just defend deep and look to catch us on the break. That’s what I’d do if I was manager of our last four opponents, keep it tight, frustrate us because we need to score then wait for the breaks. We will possibly pick up quite a few yellow cards in our remaining fixtures as players frustrations grow and fans start getting on their backs. It’s been a complete f** k up of a season and it’s what we deserve because we ain’t good enough.

Don’t forget he’s often referred to his own media platform, Truth Social 😂😂😂 as Troth Central. Complete and utter plank who don’t forget halved the value of the $4 billion business empire left to him by his father, because he is such a colossus in the world of business.

    Odd – I’d thought more like 13.
If they’d had a pair of Wrexham strikers – it could have been.

    True.

Wrexham’s defeat today has made things more interesting at the top.

Think the majority would settle for Notts County being champions and Wrexham failing in the playoffs, that would be absolutely marvellous just to see the look on the American owners faces. With all the media hype over Wrexham this season, I’m guessing the popular press would be devastated, that would also be absolutely marvellous.

Think you are a little confused over the 1899 scheme BS. Wether you were for or against is up to each individual but get things right, it was always about fans just owning the ground and not the land. That’s how I read it anyway.

Been to The Sloop at Barton today for lunch. Their Steak & Ale Pie is the best I have ever had. If only they could supply Glanford Park. The gravy is to die for too. Magnificent scoff. UTWI

Just asking, was John B. there ?

    Thank you travelling food critic.

Well it’s a fact Barrie’s grandfather wouldn’t have been there, well maybe in spirit.

No way now you can even get out of the national league without substantial investment .

Did your lot get substantial investment when they got out of the NL the other season, or are you saying it’s like that now because of Wrexham and their moneybags approach? Or maybe you just got lucky that season. 🤷

They have been massively short on constructive policy ideas for a long long time and some political commentators say it can be traced back to Reagan. When it comes to conspiracy theories and culture wars they are the masters in both those but the Republican Party is a complete shadow of its former self, I feel sorry for the American public being pushed from pillar to post with this constant crap from the American political right, such a sad reflection on a major country which can assert such power on the world stage.

So thanks for trying to find an alternative Mr Chairman, sorry but taking any aspect of The Iron out of North East Lincolnshire is unacceptable to us as fans of the club. And now you know!

Actually it’s North Lincolnshire LK, you shouldn’t need telling, North East Lincolnshire is where the web footed a**e wipes ply their football trade.

Your sarcasm is noted JI and it’s a poor response when I asked if you had any evidence to the contrary regarding Trump and what is now taking place. Jumping up and inviting Gurney to appear is baffling, what has his viewpoint got to do with you thinking Trump is being treated badly here. The law is the law and Trump will be judged by the law on however many indictments come his way and it’s noteworthy that the FBI investigation into stolen government documents by Trump comes as a result of the head of the FBI giving the green light to do so, himself a Trump appointee and called a good honest man by Trump in previous times. Hey ho the dance continues.

If you can offer anything in defence of Trump and the points I raised JI then by all means engage but most of what has been discussed on Trump has been debated ad nauseum in USA media for a long time now. Trumps defence is, rigged election and fake news with absolutely any evidence to back him up. You believe whatever you want, it’s your choice but either way the times ahead concerning this man will be very interesting to observe.
