‘I see some are still very positively exclaiming the “win all 6” tag line’

They’ll be the one’s screaming out when we don’t. Hope they don’t get left high and dry or it will be all Bru’s fault again.

They are professional they should do the job they get paid for and get our club promoted as champions.

Indeed. They’d also be daft not to realise this is the only shop window they have and right now, it’s not looking too shabby.

You can flip that too – listen to some who used to be on here and we might not have a club. Some would rather take their unjustified bitterness to the grave than swallow their pride.

Rather than admitting they got something spectacularly wrong in the past, some double down with utter nonsense.

Is the shortfall £65k a month?

At present, but Michelle did say yesterday that the accountant has said £5k additional revenue and £5k savings would see them through till season end. Then what? Root and branch financial review?

‘Well done Iron Bru for stirring up yet another hornets nest just when we didn’t need it’

Absolute BS response to the Trust statement from a disgruntled Hiltonite on FB. Why do these clowns persist with this? Massively wrong about Hilton and likewise this situation. Talk about vendettas.

Don’t be so stupid of course I want the club to succeed, when they succeed on the pitch I succeed.

I take exception to being called stupid, I am a member of Densa, have a degree (1st class) in Astrobiology from the university of Ulanbatoor and a Blue Peter badge.

Much needed light relief and japery. Excellent :)

Maybe to do with one of the company Directors having a Richmond address on Companies House. Maybe threw in his local club and it’s maybe one of those other clubs ‘in discussion with’?

Bloke’s deluded. ‘Sleeping giant’ my backside. Clearly no idea.

What ever happened to being rightly critical without resorting to dogs abuse? Whatever Gareth has done, I don’t think he deserves the worst of the stuff

‘Death threats’?! Feck is wrong with people? FFS.

I didn’t see any at all online, so perhaps privately.

I assume so because surely they wouldn’t make it up. Perhaps some of Hilton’s old stalwarts?

Nothing to do with growing thicker skin Awaywego. Some of the abuse crosses the line IMO, and is inexcusable. And cowardly. Simple as that. Still, gets those bandying it around brownie points with their peers I suppose.

No fan of Gareth / Iron Hour but some of the personal abuse I’ve seen is inexcusable.

Wonder how much in monetary terms these type of blunders cost the club? More than he’s putting in? Genuine question. No idea what the answer is.

Honestly think those responsible for foisting that debacle on the club and supporters, particularly at the juncture should do the honourable thing and walk.

Rather than chavfest, with a shite line up appealing to Superdry Warriors, which is surely realistically going to attract a few thousand locals and a thousand from out of town, wouldn’t a better strategy have been trying to sign a decent headliner and support act or two for each day who could guarantee a sizeable audience? I just don’t get their approach tbh.

What’s the score with the Board quashing what appears to be one Director and the CEO’s folly?
