Do you mean detailed accounts? Micro accounts for the previous financial year were filed on time:

I’m not averse to chutneys, just not a huge fan.
That’s logogate over then. Unless there’s a sequel?
I don’t mind the FGR shirt. It’s kind of what they do every season. Part of their USP.
I think they’ve done it in a hurry and got it wrong. Be interesting to see the bulk order when it comes. No doubt in my mind that the issue was the negotiating of the front of shirt sponsorship holding up manufacture.
Maybe it was detected with the first batch and is being rectified for the bulk? Hope so, for the buyers sake. Expensive do that replica shirt buying.
The issue of the HEM part of the logo looking too close to one of the naff chains may be more to do with it not being centred correctly on the company logo above HITEK? Manufacturers may have decided centring HITEK was more important than the HEM part above it?
Just a thought
Chutneys not keen on, but I have got in to making sauerkraut and kimchi, which usually turns out delicious and way better than shop bought
Things have moved on since the 80s and it’s far easier to brew well inexpensively. You’re right about a plethora of microbreweries and tap houses, most are good but often very expensive. Reason why there’s so many is partly due to ease of making nowadays. My beer and friends beers are usually pretty good (unlike that shite in the 80s) and it’s a nice feeling drinking your own decent brew with friends and chatting about it. It’s a social thing too.
Better to experiment in pre-season than actual season

Is Hilton working undercover in the Meyba Design Team?
As you said on another thread, it’s not a unity group, it’s a forum. Everyone is free to agree with Rene’s OP or not. I doubt the Board would care much for your proposition awaywego. Some of the members less so than others maybe

I would wager he has a little more input and hand in decision making than merely ‘acts on their behalf’. Final buck may stop with the Chair but you’d be crazy to think it’s as simple as that. Wasn’t he brought in for his assumed skills and talents? If he’s merely acting on the Board’s behalf there would be no need for that would there?
As for ‘Danny’s ground ban’, I’m not privy to why he was banned in the first place so it’s hard to say if I think it’s justified or not.
Regarding the design, ‘meybaaaa, I don’t really want to know…’
Is 5 clean sheets from 15 league starts at York ‘shipping goals’? Can’t see any York fans pleased to see him loaned out.
‘They’ve treat with distain company’s who’ve helped them out during the bad times, ( Danny and mercs labs) plus the trust.’
I don’t think it’s fair to tar them all with same brush awaywego. True or not, there’s been a lot of talk about these aspects being down to the CEO and his pal
Yes, it’s probably to celebrate that stain on British history awaywego.
‘Nver going to happen again Rene after Hilton, he frightened the shit out most of you then backtracked on all of them when fans cried, closing the academy ( though he did go through with it in the end once daws told him the true cost) training mid week at ilkeston, buy and own your own ground all received like a wet smelly fart.’
Revisionism at its worst.
‘Nobody was ever expecting us to go out and sign a league proven GK.’
Some definitely were. Seen it posted numerous times on social media.
You keep wanging on about this centre for out of contract keepers like it’s nirvana. If it’s such an amazing pool of talent perhaps ask yourself why those players are there and why they continue to be there? You also make a huge assumption that they’ll play for peanuts but don’t seem to entertain the real possibility that they might have an income threshold they need to meet and if any offers aren’t substantial enough, they quite possibly need to look at alternative careers that remunerate them sufficiently for their needs.
Seems like it’s a mega city we never knew about
CEO will dine on that quote for weeks
Agree with the majority of that Rene. Only thing I’d like to see is a clearer direction for the club, more visibility of the CEO and his intentions, plans, etc. Because all we’re seeing at present are a number of misjudged decisions that seem to be landing at his door (Weekender resulting in bad press and pitch unreadiness, kit design, kit late delivery, etc)

Is it so late due to the five links concept being misunderstood?

Life’s too short and you need to keep your local pubs in business.
Ditch the Home Brew and use the network of local breweries.
Both are feasible. I’m not about to stop making curries to help sustain the network of curry houses, but I do have a few favourite establishments.

Runs in the family
Thing about predictions are, they often come back to bite you on your arse. As a fair number on here found out last season.
If Watson’s Dracula that must make Campbell, Buffy.
Keep the bottles? No shed? You can store 40 bottles in plastic boxes easily enough in the house. Unless you’ve no room?
Thanks for the “scrapbook “ post ,Deeryme. I was at the Preston F A Cup game in 1975 (6?) We should have been 3 or 4 up before a terrible penalty decision against us. Alan O Mera made a howler for their winning goal I recall. My other memory was after the match,Preston hooligans tried to get on our coach, the “hard lads” at the back of the bus shouted ,”Let’em on”!, the coach driver shouted,” What do you mean let ‘em on,this is a new coach!” The report of the match is in your scrapbook post.
Nice anecdote bpg.

Is that a new Premier League ruling?
Only just Les. Don’t recall seeing him play but do remember him on the team photos as second keeper to Crawford. Some interesting clippings and old programmes in that scrapbook.
