Pretty sure many wouldn’t welcome back Hurst. I really don’t think binning off Dean at this point in the season is wise.

I assume whoever at the club was tasked with setting it up did a scan of other clubs lottery providers and decided the scheme we have works best for us, for whatever reasons.
I sincerely hope the club aren’t having to pay off Hill still. If I was in finance there that would kill me making that payment every month!
Yes, aware of the origin Rene. Maybe from one of Staffy’s books. ‘Cryspant Rust’ looks like an anagram.
Not used to seeing him with all that hair
Sorry Rene, I meant the Knutts. Bobby and his family of Knutts. Back on topic, I tend to agree with you.
Losing the lead twice and all three points in the 91st minute was hard to take.
I’m old enough to remember when scoring 2 goals in a month was cause for celebration, let alone twice in one half!
I recokon Rene’s old enough to remember ‘the Knuts’

sadly its in their hands too – they’ll come here under no pressure – draw will be enough, never mind nicking a 1-0 win
Not sure about them being under no pressure. It’s tough at the top. The thought of sacrificing points, having the gap reduced and squandering all that good work will come with it’s own pressure. This is the sort of subliminal messaging we need them to hear. Make em over think it. Time for the mind games. Let’s have em losing it like Keegan.
Independent investigation needed ASAP.
Condolences to the family and club.

Pretty sure one or two (maybe more?) Bru members post on The Fishy occasionally. One of them might share on your behalf BI66?

an interesting post…
What about Zionism? Most Palestinians believe that their traumatic lived experience is the direct result of Zionism & the Zionist project. My grandparents were pushed out of their homes in 1948, and I very much carry a generational trauma from their displacement. However, so many…

Netanyahu doesn’t, Likud doesn’t, and I have said that before. That doesn’t change that there is an Islamist death cult in Gaza, which liberal Israelis could not work with. The people of Kibbutz were generally liberal and pro-cooperation with Palestinians. Hamas deemed them scum worthy of death.
I’m sure that the are plenty of Israeli’s that are happy with the deaths of Liberal Palestinians. If Hamas are defeated as a governing body there will still be remnants of it and individuals around plus all the new recruits as a result of Netanyahu’s actions. On both sides there are those that want the other dead and gone.
Based on what you’ve just said Siderite, I don’t know how you can be arsed with all that Twitter / X. Each to their own bit don’t you find it a bit futile amd draining? Your other point about acting on emotion btw, we’re all guilty of that aren’t we. Not sure what the solution is apart from checking ourselves / not responding so quickly and rashly maybe? Thinking about myself here, not pointing fingers.

At least our conversation continues on this subject, despite the disagreements, loggerheads, misunderstandings etc. I think that’s a good thing. Worse to quit the claims and responses and shut up shop. Part of the wider problem the world over.

You do realise that the relocation rubbish is just talk at the moment, just as much as this is? It’s not set in stone. I thought it was my outlook that was supposed to be bleak!
Of course people realise that, and you know that I’m sure, so why make such a big point? You do realise that actions are often taken following talk I assume? Blimey.
I am just saying the worst scenario isn’t a given.
Fair enough. I’m saying I wouldn’t trust what that official says
My other half has said she’s planning to resist buying more second hand objects d’art from charity shops this year.
I sincerely doubt they will do anything to stop it but sincerely hope they stop the voluntary migration planning firmly in it’s tracks.
