Wonder if this is the easier option till end of the season.
Obviously the cheaper one.
Or are we actively looking for a new manager.Surely you can’t have an interim manager for 40 games?
Just until the Club is sold and the new owners bring in their own man?

Not 8 kids again I hope, we tried that.
(Or were you hinting they might pick themselves?)Personally I don’t think Bob Dylan has a chance of getting the job. He knows b….. all about football but that alone wouldn’t necessarily exclude him.

Not Russ again.
It might be back to Will.
You don’t believe him then les?
What is Craig Elliott doing now?
Why?1 user thanked author for this post.
Player/ manager – Feeney/Boyce/Butterfield?
Player/manager – 1 of above
Player/Asst Manager/Coach – 1 of above1 user thanked author for this post.
Same T&Cs will apply whoever fills the role.

I am baffled by Hill’s plan(s). Last season he decided that Foster, Lewis, Young, Shrimpton, Gallimore, Wilson, Moore-Billam and Cribb had enough ability to keep us in the EFL. This season, with a few exceptions, they are not considered good enough to play in the NL.
He got off lightly (IMO) last season as he inherited a poor squad, however 8 of Saturdays starting 11 were his signings and the performance was as bad as ever. How long can this go on?I think it’s exactly as the Board deemed it would go.
Neil going the same way as Simon Elliot? On the board to help the Club and the fans only to find out they’re not allowed to do or say anything?
He’s pulling the strings because he’s paying the wages. Lee’s running off-field and Hill’s running on-field (after a fashion) so both would report directly to the owner.Nothing strange about that IMO.

No, but if we did then what?

What kind of message is giving to Carver as well !. Picking a young winger ahead of him upfront, he must be thinking he’s been binned already.
So he should be, completely out of his depth, no football brain at all.
Handy for those that go into the Iron Bar after 35 minutes and come out after 55 though.

Why would we spend money on upgrading the PA and repairing the scoreboard when we’re getting a new gro………….. Sorry, senior moment.

Bloody hell Ironfromafar, after reading this, I feel like I must have a BSc in English!!!!
He’s just slipped in a bit of his local language to keep you on your toes Barton.
They may be bottom of the league but our management team think they are a good side!
Yes, but they’re using us as a comparison.

Whilst our owner is incompetent, our fans are even worse.
Swann needs to go, but he is treated worse than he deserves to be. If he speaks, he is a liar. Whatever he says is regarded as a “promise” when he has never promised anything.Where have you been for the past few years?
New ground.
Leave the Club in a better position than when I arrived.
Will give the ground back.
Just a selection BTW.3 users thanked author for this post.
Whoever is in the position of Fan director is in a no win situation. That person cannot divulge confidential information the same as none of us can reveal the things we see or hear within the companies we work for, and it’s worse for those in managerial roles.
If any Fan director of any club breaks trust they would lose the respect of those giving the information and many of those recieving that information.
[/I understand and accept all of this. A reply of ” I’m sorry I can’t tell you that” would have been acceptable but not flannel, sorry.

Why would he walk?? He’s earning.

I emailed him with a question, the answer to which would have been a matter of fact. He ignored this and said that I would have to wait for the manager to reveal the details to answer a question that I hadn’t asked.

Left Back. Never played there before but he’s versatile apparently.

Ntlhe has a poor injury record recently, probably why he only got a 6 month deal, understandable. Hallam had been here for 2 years, was injured most of the time but still got another 2 year deal, unbelievable!!

Hope he’s better than the last 2 young MFs from there. Liddle & Hackney weren’t up to much so he’s got a chance, welcome anyway Isaac.
One concern – these young loanees from higher divisions normally move upwards as they progress. Our defence is a given of goals against so any team licks there lips thinking that Hill’s defence is sieve like.
Parting of the Red Sea
Do they actually doing any defensive training?
Obviously goes in one ear and out the other. They appear to be suffering from Hillykeithitis, a rare condition causing memory loss at weekends and erasing from memory everything done during the week.

I wonder which one of the Swann clan will get the job. Body can and mic built into the costume in case any member of staff dares to question the board…
Don’t think Will is very busy at the moment.
