Didn’t start ’til he was in his 50’s though.

Year the Club was formed BS. Surely you remember, weren’t you there?

“Paul Mullin hits back at fans accusing him of diving to win a penalty as Wrexham beat Scunthorpe in the National League on Tuesday.”
Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!! Doesn’t even have the decency to admit the penalty was “won”. We’ve seen it several times Mullin, a cynic might say he was making himself look a stupid cheat rather than just a cheat.

Already announced on SUFC twitter.
I have emailed the commercial department at SUFC requesting full details of the share option and also tagged a few personal questions, i will post any reply i receive.
Good luck with that. I emailed them for some clarification on the Crowd Funding initiative. (Seems to have gone quiet)
I received a reply but no answers.Yes if the woods are in or around Wrexham.
No complaints about the second, Rory Watson Mk2.1 user thanked author for this post.
Do the Club own the ground or is it being sold on behalf of a third party?
Who will be responsible for the maintainance and any further improvements?
Just asking.2 users thanked author for this post.
Player or manager’s choice?
I understand your hesitancy Ia and, of course, your point is valid. Looking at the other side, having a manager that looks as if he wants to play football to entertain the fans (and hopefully win games) is something we’ve been waiting a long time for.
Consequently I can also understand what might be premature over enthusiasm. Let those that want to wollow in their own optimism do so for as long as it lasts. Time will telland. UTI and come on Jimmy!!“A blast from the past but Pugh reminds me a bit of Wayne Graves with less passing ability.”
Ah Wayne Graves, covered every blade of grass with an incredible ability to arrive at a given point just seconds after the ball had gone.
Can’t pass and can’t tackle. (fairly) Mainly ineffective if he gets booked early.
Not a regular for a team that looks destined for L2, shouldn’t be too expensive or on too big a wage. Maybe he’s just a better player with some meat in his diet.
Difficult to know where we are regarding costs as all incomings have been “undisclosed”. Are we talking £10k for DFS, £20k for Chapman, £30k for Shields or would that be miles out?“all things the Swann lovers told us couldn’t be done at our level.”
What, both of them?
The Iron scoring in added time (TWICE) is definitely not soso.
Conceding yes but scoring???
mistertonmick usually has details of when we last did it.I trust we will have some info on what seems like a somewhat bizzare team selection.
(can a winning team selection be queried?)
I’d worry if some of those omissions were for anything other than injury.
Comments:-
Butterfield – superb, best game for ages
Ogle – been excellent for weeks
Elliott – like Lavery, is not a lone striker.
BRE – tremendous debut, my worry is that I remember how good Taft was at the begining.
Bunker – I like him.
Overall – what a relief and very well deserved, more please Jimmy.Fitness doubts about Boyce & Taft.
Difficult to see Smith (no games this season) getting in before BRE.
Elliott surely a certain starter along with Chapman, Ogle & McDonagh.
Can’t go one up front can he?Looks like our chances might have improved maybe?
“Oldham Athletic are pleased to announce the signing of Devarn Green on a deal until the end of the season.”
What a tease!! I thought it was a major investor coming in to rival Wrexham or him playing Cleveland in a film about the good times.
Looks like a left sider from that clip, if not his positioning is awful.
Interesting if he starts Saturday, with Manny at the other end it could be a record for pens in a league match.2 users thanked author for this post.
I’ve gone without a DCM hoping Jimmy might go for an all out attack policy to entertain us, as I said I don’t expect him to agree. He phoned me this morning but only to see if I was going on Saturday.
Chapman
Ogle Boyce Taft Leake
Feeney Butterfield Beestin Shields
Elliott McDonaghNo chance Jimmy will agree.
Bench will be interesting and an indication of who Jimmy rates.
Foster
Rowe, BR-E, Daniel (choose 1)
DSF, Wilson, Bunker, Whitehouse, Shrimpton, Fewster, Pugh (choose 3)I hope he’s the missing pace.
Cricket DRS was designed to “eliminate clear and obvious errors.” Missing an offside knee cannot be described thus so Ref/Asst Ref’s call would stand. Too controversial?

Neither played on Saturday both on the bench
This excerpt from the Ilkeston OWS doesn’t look good for them either:-
“With a side featuring three young debutants and with some key players missing, the task looked a tough one from the start and that was before the visitors took an early two-goal lead.”
Hallam’s house if he has a mortgage.

” if the injuries are temporary?”
You’ve answered your own question les. – “four years” Based on pounds paid per minute played he must be close to premiership wages. I feel sorry for the lad but he’s a luxury we just can’t afford.

And The Fishmonger? (For the older viewers)

What is concerning me is that the chairman is signing these players, the manager looks to have no say in it.
Elliott’s article in the ST would suggest otherwise:-
“The gaffer has watched me for a while. I saw his success at Peterborough Sports and I think he’s got what it takes to turn it around. I’ve had a really good chat with him. I’m looking forward to working with him and getting started.”Related to a titled poster and also a sadly, seldom seen these days poster I believe.

It will take a massive effort certainly, but our chances are much better than they were 2 weeks ago.
