Nice to see Stu’s latest instalment of dinner at The Attis, fish Friday is back and the club are that hard up there going to be serving it up in newspaper.

What frustrates me is you and Ferrite and the like cant grasp we’re not down on our metal anymore,basic maths on crowd income alone (shouldn’t have put that Deerey will be round the corner asking how I know what the crowd income is) not asking for mega money to be spent don’t even think a transfer fee needed, just a few more through the doors especially when it has being needed like over the last 5 weeks, if we can’t afford that then there’s something seriously going amiss behind the scenes that we don’t know about.
I’ve seen this league for a year and a bit now and we Should walk out this league not seen one team that have looked actually better than us have you?
Dean held us back last season apologies for the pun and Butler seems to be doing the same this season at the moment.

On the back of 1100 crowds I’d say not to much, and he had just been sacked a week before from Hartlepool, and unlike Butler he was a forward imagine the exact opposite 6 forwards in the starting lineup every week.

From my very first post on we were the worst fans I’ve always been told no.
Suppose it depends on which subject, criticizing the club at the moment and your a total arsehole, when criticizing Swann or Hilton you were bang on right. Fans stopped attending while Swanny was in charge and openly admitted it on here, one fan stopped attending while Novac was in the team, each to there own but I’m not going to stop going to games just because of personnel.
Nice to see people getting all righteous at the moment it’s like the second coming for some since Michelle took charge.

And just goes to show how cheap really is when we took the cheap option with Butler if Flyde can afford Kevin Philips as manager.
For sure he’d have applied if it had been opened up to everyone.
Ps. haven’t heard anyone saying there not going to get behind the team, 4000+ turning up at home 1300 at the last 2 away games shame the team don’t get behind the fans we’d piss the league if it was down to the support and I don’t mean just numerical.

Don’t think you need optimism to be a good position by the new year as you put it in this league, id take it has a given and I do take it you mean in a good playoff position, haven’t seen one team to worry about other than ourselves shooting ourselves in the foot.
And I would say that’s the reality of where we are at this moment in time can we become a title winning side course we can,just needs the ego to disappear, learn and change Butler!

Sorry Deerey Butler failed to address my requirements, pre Brackley in a post minimum playoff spot and look like a team that can win the league after 8 games, and i gave him 10 so calling for his head well justified imo.
I started the post 10 mins after the game finished, and believe I got him down to a tee from his interview hrs later so no need to wait for me top of the league or not.

Indeed. we’ve seen the 6 point lead at the top whittle down to 1 while playing absolute dog shit both in the sense of the teams we’re playing of late and our play as well.
They’ll be no one on here who can tell you hand on heart say we look like a top of the league team that can go on and win the title.
Id Honestly be more happier if we were in a playoff position but looking like we could win the league than where we are now.
Same last season when we were top or thereabouts we actually never looked like we could win it and we didn’t and bloody failed miserably in our one and only playoff game, 2nd we were and Boston where 7th must finish 2nd everyone said, so I’m not having someone say these f*ck wits are part of the problem I’m not and many others aren’t either.

Talking of finance’s it’ll only be a month or so before the club should start making a profit, and if things are to be believed that Hilton left a bigger debt than Swanny £ 1.5 million plus was mentioned on here, it’s going to be a tidy profit each month seen as though we will have paid the debt down in just over a year.

Well I never a typical post from ironawe.
The attendance figure say we have the cash, the sponsorship and advertising says we have the cash, the new lottery we didn’t have a year ago says we have the cash, the half time draw says we have the cash the fact that we can afford to employ a catering manager and re open the restaurant says we have the cash, and of course the continuing fund raising says we have the cash.
For once and for all we have the cash, yes it comes from what Michelle has done and good on her for doing so. And good luck to her she’s built something that now has equity and I would like to think if she sold her bit on she’d come away breaking even at worse.

The same as every other manager we bring in and all think it’s the right way to play,
They all think they can be the guardiola of non league if he don’t change it will cost him his job, no biggy there’s always an ex scunny somewhere waiting in the wings for the faithful to get behind.
During and after Swann most wanted a total clear out new broom and all that where’s the call for that gone? What did we get the same old same old personal the only new thing is well try and do it it on the cheap and fool the fans by calling it a sustainable model that’ll get everyone on board, well not me it’s turgid and boring splash the cash the team needs it the fans need it.

It’s a business with virtually the same personal as when Swanny was here surely the only thing wrong at that time wasn’t Swann being in charge himself but none of his staff, the business model seems to be get as many non playing staff back on the books as possible, most of expected and wanted a slim down of non playing staff ( Hilton did make progress) in this Micky mouse league, 4 in the shop and ticket office 5 days a week farcical when most stuff can be done online.
A catering manager and chef no less yes in National league north evidently the catering manager did really well at Hull KR,what’s he doing here has anyone seen any improvements, I haven’t seen or heard.
The business needs to be about the football but seems lacking at the moment imo.

Just read Michelle’s statement, quite humbling I thought, nice to see praise given out especially to Stu and his wife he’s hammered everything to the oomph degree so annoying in the early days but to great amusement now more like a soap opera.
Obviously for me not my business model but sure it will suit most.
On a positive note from me,2 more grandsons going today for their first game let’s hope they like it, shan’t be there to take them myself as per normal im on mi hols.

After the last months performances today’s decision offers what assurances to fans exactly,
Already proved by giving jimmy his extension a lack of judgement you win f all in January, reward success of course but why anything else.
