Hills lost his zest and just here for the cash … zero history with or love for the club and its fans (unlike LT) , looking for the sack and a pay off , hes Swans puppet and his route to admin.. im betting ther both shitting in the same pot and hes in for a cut when the club folds.. its in the small print .
btw i also welcomed Hill when he arrived and thought it was a good signing .. WELL I WAS very WRONG plain n simple.. USELESS in his selections and talks utter crap when interviewed… Cox was bad and this fella is just the same.
5 or 6 more fixtures n hes gotta go if no signings and improvements.

Phoenix club coming up Swann will sell to a developer, hope I’m wrong but I think it’s goodbye to our club in its current form.
That is the more likely outcome as things stand at the moment.. its all gone very very quiet on the new owners/buyers front re keeping SUFC a real enity

Things ain’t going too well.
The next 7 games, which takes us up to the end of September are going to be very difficult.
We don’t want to be in the bottom four cone Christmas!Yep a run of nasty fixtures in which we may pick up a couple of jammy draws and a win ( Halifax) .. SO that said im predicting we will be bottom four 11 games into the season , possibly managerless or with a caretaker and still lumbered with Swan .. on the bright side the Iron bar wont be too crowded and we still got the FnC van and singer unless he jumps the sinking ship as well due to lack of interest and abetter gig option at Keadby WMC

We were never going to defend a one goal lead.
But look at all the positives today , we had a singer in a marquee , we had an ice cream van , fish and chip van etc etc.
It’s all smoke and mirrors by Turnbull who has been doing a great job for his boss Mr Swann.
Concentrating on off the field activities etc whist the takeover , that’s if it really exists rumbles on , and a Manager who to say the least is next to useless and players who cannot hold on to a 3 goal lead.

4 games and its looking bleak .. give Hill 6 more max and if no signings or improvement get rid.
Ask any Tranmere fan a mate here is one and hes predicted everything correct re Hill.. and hes saying theres worse to come until we bin him… clueless and he is using all the same cliches and excuses at Scunny he used at Tranmere..to the letter.

massive shock that was ………. not loosing but Scunny actually scoring 3 goals , a loss was always on the cards and even at 3-0 up i had an inkling it would go pear shaped and it did … when they got 2 back just before half time we were doomed.
Hill post match wafflings are enough to make your ears bleed .. total BS AND HE IS RUNNING OUT OF THINGS TO SAY RAPIDLY….and time.
Give him another 6 games , if no signings no improvement he needs to go at that point not hang around like a stale fart (a la Coxesk) or else NLN here we come.BTW what was the crowd total ??

i will draw my line at the end of this season ..at which point im now predicting we will be either relegated to the NLN or have survived in the NL by the skin of our keefs teef… just been well beaten by two of the leagues smaller clubs , lets see what transpires this Saturday as another indicator where we are at.

We ain’t ever going to be an EFL Club in our lifetime!
Lifetime = next 20 years.
Nb- unless they expand the EFL to 96 Clubs (National League becomes EFL3).
By the bye – ain’t it great to see Man City top and Man Utd bottom of the Premier League?
What I’d give to see another QPR, Norwich, Nottingham Forest, Ipswich, Blackburn, Newcastle or Leicester in the mix!

completely agree .. cant see Scunny back in the EPL anytime soon .. more likely drop the NLN if things carry on like this..
As for Man City n the EPL .. the games are good to watch but all to predictable .. Man Us decline the only real head shaking thing thats changed .. oh and Liverpools poor start… Man City winning the title by 20 points isnt good unless you are a city fan and it smacks of the Celtic era in Scotland only without the sleet windchill factor haggis and ginger hair.
Back to Scunny .. we are doomed until Billy liar fooks off… cant see any take over happening soon.

after the elation post Yeovil its all gone pear shaped and reality has kicked in .. very tough season and on the last 2 showings the Iron may well drop further down the footballing pyramid .. last seasons play off team Solihull will be a real acid test this Saturday.. it may get even more messy waking up Sunday morning to a home drubbing , i really hoped those days were over but as already commented seems like is back to how it was last season.. as for Hill..clueless the clock is ticking though just who would make the decision to sack is open to conjecture ??? OH and no wonder Taft didnt get “”snapped up”” by another club hes a total train wreck.
Where are these new owners .. was that just smoke n mirrors ??

i heard a rumour (semi reliable sauce) that the deal had stalled n stumbled and is not on the rocks .. due to Swans idea of doing business , the guy is a slippery snake zig zagging fooker so cant blame any potential buyers for being wary.. hope its not correct as new owners would really add bounce to a great start to the season.

definately need more signings .. fingers crossed as Swann departs they arrive.
whilst a very positive start indeed we must stand back and take another look after 5 or 6 games for a better idea just how things may pan out.. having watched the extended highlights and various YT vlogs its great to see the fans smiling again and the positive vibe was plain to see.
