Good point MK, the amount of times you see professional players at all levels in the game stop playing and appeal to the referee for a free kick for a foul they believe has taken place. It’s not up to players to make a decision it’s up to the referee, that’s the referees job, the players job is to keep bloody playing until the referee let’s them know different. Unprofessional on the players part when they stop without the whistle IMO, only situation where you should is if you think a fellow players life is in danger or an obvious serious injury has occurred.
Rats leaving a sinking ship comes to mind.

We’ve said why several times,Awaywego. There’s only so many times you can explain something.
Ditto, I believe on this occasion the thanks have it.
Revolving door works okay for Watford. The reason a lot come and a lot fail isn’t due to the length of time they’re given.
Bad comparison DM, you could say the same of Chelsea at different times over the last 15 years or so, the difference? Both those clubs have money to burn compared to us so I believe our lower level restricts our options manager wise based on being skint. We can’t afford to keep changing managers and must play things a different longer way. Premier clubs can afford in the main to chop and change.

Outraged 😂😂😂 bit ott.
Long weekend or lost weekend?
He should quit looking in the mirror hoping for Perfect Skin and get on the website to announce his Perfect Plan. E.G. Sell up, move on and give us OUR ground back.

Tony Daws wanted to release Cribb a few years ago…
Matt Sparrow was going to be released as a youngster but in his final six months they moved him from forward to midfield and the rest ( 2 goals in a Wembley play off final ) is history.
Lester lives near Mount Belzoni. It’s just off the M18.
Just up the road from Steely Dan then!
1. BBC stats gives us 5 shots on target, I don’t remember their keeper making a save. ( I might have dropped off )
I’ve watched the highlights cass and their keeper made a double save second half and we hit the post first half. Stay off the afternoon whisky mate, unless it’s single malt of course.

Ain’t gonna happen nor should it, the problem is the owner and the way he perceives a professional football club should be run, till he goes nothing will change and that includes bringing in manager after manager ad nauseam with the same outcome. New owners, fresh ideas and the knowledge of how letting managers and playing staff work together with a reasonable budget, decent professional scouting and the ability to allow the people you employ are given the time, space and resources to build something for the future. Another knee jerk reaction to a one nil away defeat to the best team in the division is not what’s required now. Bring on this bloody statement and let’s hope the main culprit is selling up and we get OUR ground back in the process, not holding my breath on both those outcomes but we can all hope.

So facts don’t count then, how very well argued, not.
All will become clear in the next 24 hours when the great and powerful one releases yet another landmark statement, or he’s running away and hiding.

We won’t be going until it’s all over.
Just give us a shout when we have a new owner.
3 folk will make our way back to Glanford Park.
But sorry I’m painting the fence till then.Must be a bloody long fence RB, you can come round and paint mine if you get finished anytime soon.
Where do we find these accounts?
Scrawled on the toilet wall underneath the West Stand I believe. 🤔

Our last chief operating officer was reportedly on £250k several years ago, so if that was the sort of carrot dangled there’s little wonder LT accepted.
😂😂😂 I bet he’s on nothing like that vader but I guess it was a tongue in cheek remark by you anyway.
That’s fair enough Sanfran, so when Swann said on the podcast Cribb was staying he could not guarantee that really, bit like building a new ground, redeveloping the current stadium or building the flats to provide the club an income rather then just be reliant on gate receipts. In fact it’s the same old drivel we have been hearing for about nine years now.

Swann will always be in the firing line on here and on Humberside, if anybody bothers to call in that is. He is the man totally responsible for our clubs position and he will never be allowed to forget it. The new name above the chairman’s door means nothing it will always be Swann carrying the can even long after he’s gone, hopefully not too soon.
Wow Johnny Nash what a singer let’s ” Stir it Up “.
David O’Leary seen at forest pines
Noooooo please SBB no more pleeeeeezzzze. 😂
Could be worse he could be a Blackpool tosspot.

More importantly, is this a hint that Swanny’s going to be doing ‘My Way’ in the centre circle before he goes?
” Tears of a Clown ” would be more appropriate.😭
All fair points JI but there is a
d) don’t attempt a new style of security strategy without running it past the people who run the club, or you may find, as in this case, you are told to not use that method again.

I read it as preempting today’s news.
In which case they did know something!
In which case III should apologise, not holding my breath on that one.
At this moment in time nothing has changed except Swann stood down as Chairman.
Turnbull is an employee of the Club that Swann owns plus owning everything else.
Got out so he does nt have to face the consequences of his policies when we get relegated in a couple of weeks.
Relegation will not be on his CV !It will be on his CV as far as Iron fans are concerened, when Fenty stood down as Cods chairman but still remained the owner he received even more vitriol than before for sulking in the shadows. This guys legacy wont be forgotten and he will escape 0% of the blame for what has happened to OUR club.

Wonder what the home attendance will be for Mansfield now Swann is making plans, preumably, to either depart or build houses.
I’m guessing Lee is taking charge of chairman’s duties till further notice which lets hope means new owners are waiting in the wings. Bulldozers moving in come May will show where the latest North Lincs housing estate is being built.

The players should be ‘attacking the DRE’ (ha) in the 2nd half, so it should be quite noticeable when it happens.
The cameras will definitely be facing the Railway End in that case!
Don’t think the media cameras will and Humberside will deffo be talking about it which means Burnsy will be discussing it on his Monday show live to the county.
