    When I started supporting I had no idea of the name of the manager or directors.
    But I do know we’ve had some poor ones… of both.

    The aim should be to fail better each time. Last season we failed pretty well. Hard to see us failing better this season. We’ll either go up (success) or it will be a worse failure, and Butler will go.

    … and other clubs haven’t done those things then? We are no different to how lots of EFL or ex EFL and indeed non league clubs have and are being run in the past and today. What do you suggest us and all the other clubs should do, what’s your wonderous alcy plan to make us different to the majority? Stating the bleeding obvious and banging on about it isn’t a plan BTW.

    Easy:
    Play 442 = win
    Play 433 = win or draw
    Play 532 = lose
    Play 541 = lose heavily

    As Butler likes to switch it about in a game
    5 at the Back for longer than last 10 mins when we are 2 goals up, draw or lose

    I’m going to keep stats on these formations/results this season.
