Wow am I really reading this, I thought the problem was all Swanny when coming down to the telegraph ban, maybe he was right all along? And there I thought we were ready to welcome them back with open arms and a ticket tape parade. Fickle or what.

Ticker tape parade. Get it right.

You are in effect going down the old road of saying there should be no abortion though JI and that is not the recognised logic these days when the medical profession can make choices of what is deemed a living functioning human being or just a blob of cells. That might seem a crude description but I mean no offence, times have changed, women have the right to choose within the timeframe legally allowed and we can’t keep referring to a 2000 year old book for the way we conduct our life’s in the 21st century.

Yep it’s happening in the states too, right wing conspiracy nut Alex Jones is getting a right arse kicking in court and will be fined very heavily after lying repeatedly on his news channel causing the relatives of children murdered in the Sandy Hook carnage, which he said was all fabricated. It’s about time serial liars and conspiracy nut jobs were brought to account when it’s constantly being used as a political weapon in the teeming mass that is social media, including you tube channels.

Just to keep it straight IA … the reason they voted in Kansas is because the Supreme Court gave them back the right which Roe V Wade had removed. Thats all the Supreme Court did. Hope that helps.

….and to keep it right JI, other states have just brought the ruling in without asking their electorate to vote on a law that has been in place 50 years, or did you miss that bit

Didn’t Loft go for a small fee?

Yeah but hardly cashing in, it’s not £500,000 territory. Still think the breaking up of the last playoff push squad was when we got some serious money in and that mainly went on debt clearing not big spends on decent players.

I’m sure a lot of the Kansas voters have seen it or similar videos but unlike you bill they have not been conditioned in a certain way all their lives and yes just to remind you they voted to reject yours and the Supreme Courts version of how women should live their lives. I presume you will come on and say the ballot was rigged and dead people voted next 🙄

The people have spoken bill, I guess that must annoy you , the USA is gradually distancing itself from old fashioned church values and starting to open its eyes about what is really wrong and right about their insular inward thinking nation. That must annoy you even more seeing people actually opening their eyes and doing the right thing.

Interesting to see that a confirmed nailed on Republican state like Kansas has voted to allow abortions up to 22 weeks thereby letting the six right wing conservative judges on the Supreme Court who changed the law on abortion in no doubt how they really feel. Just goes to show that even with a ton of right wing propaganda thrown at overturning a fifty year old law on abortion rights, even confirmed Republican voters won’t stand for such a retrograde step. Won the vote 60/40 which in a Republican state is unheard of. Well done sensible American Republicans in Kansas for not letting right wing conservatism cloud your judgement on what is right for women in the 21st century. 👏👏👏

Dropping out of the league won’t have helped, lower profile and all that plus everybody is bloody skint and struggling, that applies to some businesses too. Unless your an oil giant of course in which case you get the ordinary person to help fund your profit.

Good choice Feeney, had to be one of the older heads in the squad, I think he will provide good leadership on and off the pitch.

Ah yes but Adkins had a half decent team and a decent owner to help him with his positivity, I would suggest Hill is not in such an envious position.

Thing about radio interviews is do you what a factual one based on what he genuinely feels about the team on the day given the situation the club was in last season or do you want a load of bull poop based on fantasy just to make you all feel a bit better as a supporter. Don’t think Hill has gone out of his way to be downbeat for the sake of it, he always comes across as a genuine football guy to me and those aren’t always easy to find these days. I’m sure next season will be better then recent ones based on lots of reasons since last May that have changed so we should all give him and his staff a chance to prove themselves this season and remember he can’t change the situation created by the current owner but hopefully if a new owner arrives he can.

    Good news/bad news time.
PS. ” I’ve got good news and bad news “.
Neil. ” What’s the good news”.
PS. ” Scunthorpe will have a new housing estate in the next two years “.
Neil. ” Cheers, I know the bad news thanks “.

Took my better half to Shrewsbury when we won promotion from league two back in 2005. It was our 25th wedding anniversary but I sneaked my mate and his missus along so the girls went shopping whilst we went to the match to witness the memorable 0-0 result and even more memorable seeing Steve Wharton with a single bottle of champagne plus flat cap on the pitch celebrating our great day. Made up for things with a fantastic meal out that evening and next day we called in at Bournville to suss out the chocolate story. You can always woo a lady with chocolate.

You would have thought he’s close to calling it a day as a full time professional player if his fitness is as fragile as it appears to be. Feel sorry for the lad but keeping 100% fit to play football is a tough ask at the best of times, he maybe just isn’t physically capable of doing it, some players aren’t.

It’s meant to have been written off from a club point of view but like a lot of Swanns rhetoric I don’t necessarily believe it and your right WG, somebody will have to pay it off it isn’t going to disappear on it’s own.

Accusing him of leaving quite a debt, when you have no idea AT ALL of what is or isn’t happening is abuse.

Come back when you know what is really happening.

Actually it’s just my opinion based on things he has gone back on in the past that causes me to doubt but sorry if you think different. Anyhow get stuffed.

I won’t be checking Ferrite I’m quite prepared to take your word if you’ve seen that, unlike the Prawn, wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him and looking at his waistline that wouldn’t be too far.

Don’t think the absentee landlord is interested never mind not looking but your right we do need a bit of positivity and Lee certainly appears to be doing his best. Can’t trust the sale until it’s all tied up and Ernest has finally gone, sorry but we’ve been bull shitted so many times in the past it’s hard not to be sceptical.
