Well that’s what Swann is doing now in a reduced capacity , so how about the club drops the price to £8 a match for everyone and your mate Swann makes up the difference let’s say to £15 per entrance fee. Sounds reasonable enough because he is a multi millionaire and the average Scunny fan will be struggling financially a lot more then him.

If we field a side at least there’s still a Scunthorpe United.

    ….for now.

Great to know that the future generation of Iron support is rooted in the school of awaywego 😆

Aye they will be turning up next season with a pocket full of flares and a brainless urge to scramble up the nearest floodlight pylon.

Glad to brighten your day, Deerey. We need cheering up. (As you know … that WAS me being restrained.)

It’s why we need non football back JI, it’s hard to be too detailed when you will get shot at for taking a view not wholly dedicated to football and it was a simplistic view on a huge problem facing society. I will just say leaders should lead in a correct reasonable way then hopefully others will follow. Come on SST you said non football was coming back so give us a reason why not yet please.

The example is set by people at the very top. Boris Johnson hang your fat head in shame but of course he doesn’t do shame or honesty. Down the shit pan we go.

Aye not good enough after all, awaiting a certain poster coming on bleating like a lost sheep about the injustice of it all.

Your right David, however I don’t think there will be much money to grab at G P next season.

Good job his first name wasn’t Champagne, his nickname would have been Babycham.

Looks more like a National League North squad, expect Beestin to be sold in next January’s window, he’s better then what’s coming next season.

Saw the headline and thought, bloody hell a history lesson about Henry VIII giving the monasteries in England a kicking back in 1536. 😂😂😂

Based on the last four seasons and fearing this total shit show is gearing up to get worse, I would take 6 now. Sorry to say I fear 9 & 10 seem a very realistic outcome at this present time without new owners on the horizon. 😞

Yes I accept you named alot of good people there .But one question who chose Swan might be difficult one to swallow

Don’t think Steve Wharton is a mind reader, he would study the Swann offer and consider in good faith as a result the club was going to be in safe hands. It’s not just the fans who have been conned is it.

With Bunn gone I believe that takes the recent departures to ten, three more for a bakers dozen?

Don’t get excited IA, he’s not gone yet.

I know and if he keeps borrowing money against the ground he probably never will, unfortunately the club will dissappear and thats my concern.

He was always in a sticky situation and as a result it’s no surprise his currant situation is now elsewhere.

Money has always been the issue in football particularly more so since the Premier league came along, we can’t compete with bigger clubs financially, wow what a revelation!!🙄

A lot of physique is to do with growth patterns and how much growing they still have left. If young players are still growing then physical stature will take longer to develop and that includes bench pressing for fun everyday.

Are they both carrying injuries?, That would be my concern if they chose to come here, there will be clubs with bigger budgets than ours in the National League next season who will no doubt fancy this pair also.

Alcy posted this on the day we were relegated (see Renee’s stat post). So he has got a crystal ball!

A slice of Scunthorpe Pie anyone?

Think everyone has caught the last train for the coast. Dining car I believe.

    No mention of Cribb.

Think we sometimes forget how young he is, still here next season.🐣😂
